Posting from my bb, so sorry for any errors. I have to be honest. IF EJ killed him, I have major doubts that she put him in the hotel dumpster, it seems risky and too easy for someone to find him there. Do we have any idea if she would have had access to that dumpster?

Text is damning and makes EJ a monster, not going to play well in court.

EJ really needs to assist LE if she handed Gabriel off, else she could easily face homicide charges and isn't going to get out anytime soon. For the weeks LE search the landfill, EJ can sit there.

Court documents he just got today eliz said she handed over Gabe to the couple in the parking lot of the hotel.

Now we know where parking lot came from.

They don't think backpack was recovered

Caller asking about the backpack EJ was seen boarding the bus with. It was not listed on the property receipt when EJ was booked into the jail in Miami according to NG producer.

That's not good about that big back pack not being recovered with her when she was arrested. I thought it was.

Property receipt is what she had on her when she was arrested, right?

The backpack was probably at the hostel and would be listed on the search warrant or evidence sheets.

From what I understand, the 'tip' LE received about the landfill, was from EJ's text and phone conversation with LM telling him she'd dumped the baby in the diaper bag. I understand they immediately, upon being contacted by LM, mapped the landfill info from the Hotel, etc.

I understand it's horrendous going through this trash. I remember Natalee Holloways dad getting sick from the landfill.
