I'm already sick of hearing TPS voice but nothing is mentioned about her charges.

IMO, what's being talked about tonight is a lot more important than TS. If Gabriel is alive, he needs to be found. Seeing what LE is having to do to go through everything in the landfill, whoever has him might get a conscience and do the right thing. Also, seeing how evil EJ really is to send the text to Logan, and how Logan is conducting his own search may help too. MOO

IF they're never able to locate Gabriel and IF EJ keeps to her present story or 'stories,' I personally believe it would or COULD be a winnable MURDER case.

I mean, if a length of time goes by and they finally file MURDER charges and EJ STILL doesn't speak up, it would only be because he's nowhere to be found.

My thing with an underground or illegal adoption is why can't they simply provide a 'proof of life' such as current photo with newspaper?

It can be done anonymously or posted to the Internet but it'd save a lot and take the heat off EJ, that the only thing she did was illegally adopt -- nothing worse.

It bothers me if someone has him how they are leaving everyone out to dry including EJ and she could face homicide charges because they will not offer up some tip.

I don't think that these people would really care about whether EJ rots in jail. If they have him and obviously haven't come forward, their best hope is that LE prosecutes Elizabeth for his murder and everyone stops looking for him. JMO

Also, we have to keep in mind that with this being an illegal/underground thing, that their purposes for Gabriel may very well not have been to have and love him as their child. There may have been far more nefarious reasons for someone to want him. Again, JMO.

I agree with this 100%. You would think that if Gabriel were alive and EJ is convicted of murder, then she would say "wait a minute people....he's alive, and here is the proof." Especially if she gets sentenced to death.

I say just charge her with murder NOW. Set a trial date and put her away.

True, but they are biting the hand that fed them --- so EJ should reveal what she knows on them.

A catch-22 if the kidnappers don't care about EJ's fate now and EJ hates Logan so much she wants to still protect them.....

That's my worst fear if he's still alive ~ that she didn't "adopt" him out to a loving couple but sent him away with people who could care less about him except for the money they may get for selling him, possibly in Mexico. :furious: MOO

Well Nancy did cover most of the aspects of the case and got Gabriel's face out there again which is great.

I wish Cheif McManus would of stayed around a little longer and answered questions about the hispanic male, pizza receipts and confirm the Six Flags sighting.

I would agree with you if she didn't continue to play Tammi's soundbite as if she is an innocent and credible witness. It looks like that is Tammi's mug shot though, that may be as close as Nancy will get to alluding to her arrest. I am very disappointed in Nancy Grace because of her comarderie with the Smiths.

Yes they did rework that one question-Don't mention the Smith's by name, they're our weekly guests (when she's not in jail) and we want her to come back. Call them would-be adoptive parents even know he has a loving father that never agreed to put him up for adoption! Sorry ..small rant.
