NANCY GRACE Friday 10/10/08

Does anyone here wonder about TES and dealing with the Anthonys?
To clarify what I mean is, Tim has said this repeatedly that he's talked to Cindy or called Cindy. The abrupt way the search was called off. The accusation of money stolen from Caylees fund and now these meetings and the uncertainty of a search tomarrow...is Tim trying to get Cindys approval here before he starts or is there a legal problem involving attorneys etc...

I've heard before that family members have to invite him to search or at least request it...at least its what I recall from when he was first contacted to come in.

What does anyone think?

I am having a hard time wrapping my brain around the search. But i do know its raining- just dont think thats all thats going on here.

it seems like Tim is walking on egg shells when it comes to the Anthonys, the only 2 people that speak straight about their accessment and what most of us think is Nancy Grace and Leonard. IMO

My impression is that GA is exceptionally 'whipped'.
Not sure that is correct. I think GA is just as sharp tempered as the rest of them, but it takes him more to really blow his top. I don't see him being led around on a leash by CA.

You and I are on the same page with this. Everything seemed so on and positive last night, and now something is just not right. I don't know its bothering me.

Right before Tim called off the other search, he had said he wanted to search the Anthonys yard again. Then CA went down there for some reason where the searchers were and the next thing Tim left. I have wondered if that was the reason he left, she would not give him permission to search that back yard.

I've always suspected that CA was giving her the money to pay for the "babysitter" as well...And that's part of the reason that KC just kept up the lie. That would give her her "spending money"...And she would steal when she wanted more.

thats makes a lot of sense. could be

Did I hear Tim say something about the Never Lose Hope Foundation?

Big mouth cut him off and I didn't get the whole jest of what he was saying.

?

I think Tim is just being sensitive to the A family, diplomatic and, politically correct. It is a LOT easier if they have the A family cooperation and support. Maybe he met with MN first (and it sounded like a looong meeting) then plans to smooth things over with the A's. To bring Caylee home, either way. If she is alive and TXEQ is wasting their time then, what's the harm? It can help their case.

TXEQ Website does state, "Special note: Texas EquuSearch can only accept a missing person case if it's been filed the appropriate law enforcement agency and a case number has been assigned. Requests must be made by the family of the missing person and/or the law enforcement agency handling the case. "

Maybe their policy is to respect the wishes of the family first.

Ok...I'm working backwards here. Is it true that Casey was denied change in home confinement? I caught it on the ticker at the end of the show.

We could come up with a few executive names she could use for the position........lol

She is a real looser!!!! She must of made her momma proud huh????LOL
Well...the one she was using, Event Planner, was a good one. She DID plan events. She planned things out, but she just didn't take into consideration that someone would eventually find they were nothing but lies!

To be decided. :)

Sorry if this was addressed somewhere else in this thread (I'm tired, brain is not functioning at full capacity AND I only read about every other page...) but what aggrevated (is that spelled right? crap) about the show tonight was the "breaking" news was how KC's defense "WON" a TON of motions in court today..."victories", etc...that's bologna! The Judge only granted Motions that are ALWAYS granted when it comes to discovery (for the most part)....she didn't gain anything today...she only got access to records and evidence that she was entitled to inspect anyway as a rule of law! It's just a procedural thing. Both parties are entitled to inspect/test evidence in the posession of the other side, but it's just that they have to formally "ask" the court for it so that it's on record that the other party provided it....so that at trial, they can't say they never were given a chance to inspect/test it. She made it seem like the prosecution lost today and KC amazingly had all these victories...uuuuggghhhh

Well that is frightening, I'm overwhelmed with what we now know.

I am too and it makes my heart sad to even think what else we may find out about how that baby died.

That could very well be why he left. Everything seemed so positive last night, and I felt encouraged, tonight I feel discouraged I can't explain.

:bang:

And getting paid in cash I'm sure.

I'm sure too....I know many figure that she would have money and no reason to steal...but first, the more you make, the more you spend.

Second, it seems like she stole out of spite/jealousy (mad at Cindy-stole, probably pizzed at Lee-stole, mad/jealous of Amy getting to go to Puerto Rico with the boys, especially Ricardo M. I think she still had a thing for him).

Yes it was a good one ....never paid her much! Gave herself a nice fancy title & got what she wanted / people thinking she was someone special.

That would make sense (in a backwards mis-truthful way). Insult the
person who could find your beloved grand daughter and hope he goes
away. And the Anthonys wouldn't even give TES a piece of Caylee's
clothing for the cadaver dogs.

Tim Miller deserves sainthood...for what he does and for putting up
with such weird individuals as the Anthonys.

Cindy should have her hair set on fire for suggesting he would steal
money. She is a disgusting vile creature, just like her daughter.:furious:
