You and I are on the same page with this. Everything seemed so on and positive last night, and now something is just not right. I don't know its bothering me.

I know. Last night on NG Tim said that he felt for sure Caylee was deceased. He met with the A's today. Tonight he said something to the effect of her possibly being alive. This was in direct contrast to his real feelings from last night. Cindy obviously harped on him today and he decided to give the appearance of playing the game to get cooperation.

How stupid must anyone be to not realize that someone in their home had not worked for two years. LA says he has verified that she did work. It is almost time to say where. When he gets in to court he will not selectively answer questions. He will be required to answer.

I reckon that smirk will be gone like loose change laying around the A house.

Sorry if this was addressed somewhere else in this thread (I'm tired, brain is not functioning at full capacity AND I only read about every other page...) but what aggrevated (is that spelled right? crap) about the show tonight was the "breaking" news was how KC's defense "WON" a TON of motions in court today..."victories", etc...that's bologna! The Judge only granted Motions that are ALWAYS granted when it comes to discovery (for the most part)....she didn't gain anything today...she only got access to records and evidence that she was entitled to inspect anyway as a rule of law! It's just a procedural thing. Both parties are entitled to inspect/test evidence in the posession of the other side, but it's just that they have to formally "ask" the court for it so that it's on record that the other party provided it....so that at trial, they can't say they never were given a chance to inspect/test it. She made it seem like the prosecution lost today and KC amazingly had all these victories...uuuuggghhhh

I didn't see it as any type of victory for KC. The court allowed what the law says should be given to the defense attorney. Nothing more, nothing less. If you noticed, the State's attorney did not even argue the majority of it, but questioned the case law to support Baez's motions. They don't care about what the court gave him.

I found it very interesting the "wording" of the state attorney each time they said "we can give you what WE have, but there are other agencies, federal agencies from which we cannot provide anything. I believe the feds have the most damming evidence.

The polygraphs were also interesting as the "other agencies" was brought into that one too. Each time the state attorney agreed to anything he wanted and many times said he could have had it already if he had asked. I found that funny.

I also found it rather comical that they have 10 days to turn it over and if needed longer by contacting the judge directly. In 10 days Baez will be defending a different case and will be entitled to it anyway. LOL

I'm waiting for the transcript. There was definitely something to what Tim was saying. I did not catch all of it, so I am waiting to read it. I want to know exactly what he was saying.

Why exactly does he want to meet with George & Cindy tomorrow and who else is expected to be there?

That could very well be why he left. Everything seemed so positive last night, and I felt encouraged, tonight I feel discouraged I can't explain.

LP is great but the danger is he over-promises. The other night he said Caylee would be found in day(s) then before GJ, now that has slipped.

TM is more conservative and practical and is not making over-confident promises. However, he is very thorough, will do this right, will get the job done and, will find Caylee if she is still findable.

I am confident in TM but find LP good entertainment value but --- take it with a grain of salt.

He's being diplomatic and trying not to get the Anthony family riled up.

I think he is trying to get to search their yard without a warrant. It would be a lot easier all around if they would let him voluntarily.

  • #407
but he did state that he knew that Casey was sending herself fake work emails from one computer in the house to the other. I cannot believe he did not step in sooner. All the signs were there.....
It seems as if George didn't have 'any say' in his own home, or something like that. I think he walked on eggshells.
He didn't want to set Casey or Cindy off! Gosh, poor guy.

The A's do not search, but yet they get mad at others for searching because they are not searching for a live Caylee.

I just can't imagine why CA would be upset with Tim trying to find Caylee. If it were my child or grandchild I would want everyone searching.

This family just really boggles my mind. It is so hard to understand how they are.

Thought maybe the same, BUT she didn't have money. AND where was she really keeping Caylee?......[/QUOTE

I don't know. If it was 🤬🤬🤬🤬, she probably had other people "in the business" watching her.:waitasec:

What was she doing all day EVERYDAY for TWO years? and where was Caylee everyday?:waitasec::mad::waitasec::mad::waitasec:

That is one of the huge mysteries! Casey supposedly left every day for work and Caylee was supposedly at a sitters? Why aren't people coming out of the woodwork saying, "I saw this mother and daughter at the store all the time," or "the park," or even "I babysat Caylee for the last year." (Well, I can kind of see how someone might not want to say that!)
On the other hand, how could they stay at Cindy's house all day, every day without there being evidence? Dirty diapers, glasses, a toy displaced, the TV left on, a neighbor mentioning that Casey's car was there every day?
It makes no sense, and I've spent way to much of my time trying to figure it out!

Or even a fake one! Notice how even her fake job consisted of administrative duties when she was just once the girl that shot the photo at the end of the ride?! LMAO

Also, I want NG and her little lap-rat guest host to stop being rude to LP and TM. The two of them have a wealth of information that they present in their own style. Very seldom do they get to finish a thought before whichever host shows up chews them out. These are some of the good guys and they should be treated like it.

If she was going to make up a job she should have followed Jethro Bodean and been a double nought spy. She obviously had a taste for law enforcement.

I reckon TM will get the last laugh.

Why would Tim need to give the appearance of playing the A's "Caylee is alive" game? I'm just curious, maybe I'm missing something but I thought he was working with LE and not them. Does he really think they'll help him find Caylee? :waitasec:

Tim was damned if he did /damned if he didn't! It just makes me sick knowing CA abused him........the gall of the wench!

They (all the A's) sit like big azz humpty dumpty's doing nothing!!! They sure make life difficult for people!!!!

Interesting you use the term "walked on eggshells." That is classic sign of borderline personality. I had to read a book for a psychology class called "Walking on Eggshells."

I definitely think Cindy has BPD too. The nerve of Cindy accusing Tim stealing. WTH IS WRONG WITH THIS FAMILY?????

Right before Tim called off the other search, he had said he wanted to search the Anthonys yard again. Then CA went down there for some reason where the searchers were and the next thing Tim left. I have wondered if that was the reason he left, she would not give him permission to search that back yard.
I wish they could do a more thorough search of that backyard.
My husband has maintained since the very beginning that Caylee is buried in their backyard.

I just wonder how much more evidence LE that we don't know about???

Tim can empathize with the As and I truly believe his big heart is responding to their pleas. It must have been one he$$ of a day dealing with those folks. It hurts my heart even thinking they have wronged this man big time.

I honestly don't think so.
I think she spent her time stealing money and going shopping and playing on the internet and going to bed with various fellows...no way she had a job...I just don't see it. She wnats the easy life....all money and no work.

I had alot of first hand experience of walking on eggshells in my first marriage! It's not a serene, calm life.
Yes Cindy definately has some issues.
It embarrasses me that Cindy ever said such a thing to Tim!
