ITA - What was it all about last night and earlier this week? My initial thought were maybe he'd done some soul searching...but after he went on about his conversation with Cindy and the search garnering him more members...he lost me. Not sure why...something about the way he said it. Picky??? Yes, I'm sure I am...I'm going to watch it again and see what it was about that statement that sent chills up my spine...maybe nothing??/

Let them go ahead and use Dr. Lee. He was so badly discredited during the first Phil Spector trial (actually a pretrial hearing) that the defense didn't even call him in front of the jury! MOO

Lee's laugh at the end of that statement about the smell makes me physically ill!

I wanted to put my hand through the TV screen and just SMACK his lights out! Then when I realized he said..the DEAD squirrels climbed up Caseys car and died I realized his lights were already out!

I sure don't like them either but I'm trying to be fair to him.

For example, NG asked him what the defense was saying about the stain & he answered answered her question.... pizza was only ONE of the things he said he heard them saying. And he went on to say that's what he has heard. Heck.... we've ALL heard Cindy & JB say that a million times. It's what the DEFENSE is saying.


Like I said, I'm sure he's not answering what HE feels from a scientific basis but what he's heard OR how the defense can possibly address the issues NG is questioning.

Such as when he brought up the very valid point that the defense WILL have no choice but to challenge the 'air samples' because it's such a 'new' science. That was twisted into him not believing in science. But that was NOT the point he was trying to make.

My beef is that the NG show is not a courtroom & I don't want to watch her guests have to answer all questions as if they are testifying... I want to know what's new in the case & how the prosecution AND the defense will handle this when it comes to trial.

Needless to say, anyone answering questions from a defense's point of view is going to sound like a world class idiot when it comes to this crazy case. I think it's unfair for NG or us at WS to automatically jump on them just for playing their assigned roles.

And that's my story & I'm stickin to it. lol

I think I read some place that KC sad her neutral place was the boyfriends apartment.

She did. She told the police that after waiting in vain outside the empty apt at Sawgrass, she went to Blanchard Park and then a couple of stores looking for ZFG. By 7pm she was "frantic" and needed to go to a 'neutral place', so she went over to her boyfriend Tony's place.

An hour later they were in Blockbuster renting movies, so he must have been able to calm her down right quick.

Dr Lee was looking in the car today for trace evidence.

If he finds anything that points to Casey, Jose won't be able to put him on the witness stand. Why spend taxpayer money if you don't have to?

Dr. Lee has no credibility left. I frankly can't believe he came out of hiding after the Spector trial, and for that matter the Michael Peterson trial.
