Yes it would be very huge. I can't imagine how LP would have any info on this. He should me careful or CA could easily sue him for slander.

IMO

its true

makes perfect sense,,, and then GA had to TELL THE TRUTH to the grand jury blowing the whole thing up

ohhhhhh yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

LP is telling how Cindy constantly is pushing for things done the way she wants them done.

I think LP is on the mark on this one...........Cindy does push for things to go her way.

ITA! CA is seen in jail videos setting up soft ball questions to KC to prime her with an answer or direction to take. CA has probably always defended KC from everyone, including GA, by stage managing KC and everything around their lives. Total control.

Many WS'ers think KC left after the fight on the 15th too....

LP prolly reads here :)

I haven't yet seen anything that proves there was a fight on the 15th. LP seems to be the one who keeps pushing that theory.

Interesting that LP thinks Casey left the house at midnight and not 1:00 pm as George said. I wonderhow he knows this and if it is true?
He's suggested before that he believes Caylee was killed in the very early morning hours of 6/16. So this isn't new. I think he also believes Casey checked into a nearby motel. MOO

Sorry, but I wouldn't "stick" with CA if she were my wife, trying to sneak in a rubber bracelet into a sock. IMO she needs to be in a rubber room!

The neighbor's statements said "that weekend" not specifically the evening of the 15th, IIRC.

NG did make a statement that 'she' did not think that Cindy was around when Caylee died and thats all she was concerned about - zip to commercial. Cut him off.

Good for Nancy, she at least is not trying to throw Cindy under the KC bus like others.

Was the neighbor's statement released in the last batch of docs? I didn't go through them thoroughly.

"Lawyer Speak"....discribes license plates NOT the car they are on...:)
Exactly! I seem to recall a while back that she had a small car that was similar to a Focus, but I can't remember what make it was. MOO

That's exactly how I feel about it. Well said.

It was an older small silver foreign car, I can't remember the make either.

I think there might have been....but after seeing more of KC's 'fits', I think she was the one doing the strangling.

Interesting that LP is shaking the 'night of the 15th or morning of the 16th' tree branch now.
To me it's never been about if he is right or wrong its the timing of what he brings up. Somethings afoot.

MOO

I also think LP is correct..
btw...LKL will discuss the case in a few minutes...

Are you certain? I don't recall ever seeing it.
I've seen him quoted a few times and thought it was from the documents. I'll see if I can find something more.

LP spent one evening in the home and that's it. He couldn't possibly know the things he claims to know. I'm sure neither Cindy or George told him that Cindy 'made' George tell the story about seeing Caylee on the 16th.

I for one believe it! Explains why George didn't see them AT ALL before 12:50 pm....what about breakfast, etc. Caylee wasn't in the bedroom the whole morning??

Maybe also explains why she came back to the house when George left for work & was constantly busy until she left at 4:10pm, for Caylee had died the night before??:waitasec: Could be?
