Why not?! The dead baby was buried in their backyard! People keep forgetting this point.

There is no proof that Caylee was buried in the back yard. There is the cadaver dog hit in the back yard, but that doesn't mean she was buried there. We can't know this b/c we aren't privy to information about the searches of the yard and what was discovered (or not). So, right now that's a hypothesis of why the cadaver hit in the back yard -- burial. Others are that Caylee died in the backyard (swimming pool?) or that she was put there briefly while something else happened.

Just wanted to clarify, as we have so much posting back and forth that those who read the NG thread pop around and sometimes carry info out as if it were reported by NG or one of her guests, when it's speculation by us sleuthers based on other information.

According to Padilla on Nancy Grace tonight: His theory is that Casey was driving around Sawgrass in Tony's jeep on the 17th and saw ZFG's car, which is a silver Kia, and reported it as a Ford Focus because the car models are very similar. Which if true would definitely suggest that it was THIS ZFG she was targeting and just got the car make wrong.

KC also told LE the names of 2 of ZG's children. When ZG looked at that apt. she only listed 2 of her 5 children. So it's obvious that KC probably spied on her while looking at the apt. or something of that nature. KC just wasnt smart enough to pull this whole thing off. I bet there is more evidence about the apt. complex and ZG that we havent heard yet.

KC was having a little somthin' somthin' going on with a LE officer. Wonder if she got the VIN and had him run it?

She got the VIN off car but didn't know that it was not a new Ford but an older Kia?

According to the Grunds and others, Casey had used the name Zanny for months prior to Caylee's disappearance, did she just happen upon a car that belonged to someone named Zanaida when she was collecting the VIN number?

Because my mom would have knocked all of mine right out of my head if I ever spoke to her the way that KC talked to Cindy... and I would have expected her to!

LOL, yes all teeth are still intact, although mom and I went through a few rough years. LIke I said, I was just a snotty know it all, but I grew out of it. I think KC is a snotty know it all who will just keep trying to get her way. She's never been given the chance/ or forced to grow up. CA just took over for her whenever need be. I was a teenage mom at 17, and forced to grow up and take care of my baby. Caylee was taken care of by grandma, and KC could still act like a snotty 17 year old. IMO, once faced with the actual day to day life of mommie-dom, KC lost it, didn't want to give control back to CA, and just got rid of the "problem".

And, to note, I apologize on a regular basis to my mom for the hell I put her through. While KC can claim her mom is her friend, my mom and I are actually the best of friends. I can NEVER imagine KC apologizing for any of this BS... after all, it is, in her mind, not her fault. She "has no idea where her child is". I mean she's the one who has been inconvienenced over this whole thing...."calling you guys, a waste... a huge waste."

If this was my child/neice/nephew/grandchild, I WOULD be knocking on every door, banging down every wall, SCREAMING on every channel out there to help find my child. Call me a liar, thief, etc, but FIND MY CHILD!!! I've heard the Anthonys saying that is what they would do, but so far, I have seen no evidence of this. :furious:

There are searches for Zenaida and other variations on 10/22/07 and 6/12/08

Would 10-22-07 line up with when RG said that Casey told him she got someone named Zenaida to watch Caylee?

My mind is mush, but who in all of this said something about KC hanging out at Sawgrass doing survellaince or something..was it LP? I can't for the life of me remember..but they said she hung out there for days..or something to that effect.

It seems like I remember this too. I believe it was Lee talking about KC sitting in the car in the parking lot at Sawgrass waiting for "Zannie" to come home and he couldn't believe she was able to sit in the car with it smelling so bad.

Does that sound right?

Yes her nails were DEFINITELY fake and needed to be filled actually LOL. I still wonder how KC knew of ZG looking at that apartment..it drives me crazy just thinking about it.

KC had been looking at apts. with Tony. Maybe she looked at that apt. too. Or since her friends lived just a few doors down, she could've heard ZG talking with the person showing the apt. I think LP said her friends lived in apt. 218 and the model apt show was apt. 210. Walls are pretty thin in most apt. complexes. She could've easily been eavesdropping.

Could KC she have seen her at Cast Iron?

I would think it would take a good chunk of time to get one done, so there were would be plenty of time to eaves drop.

I have a question about the ZG search on the computer..someone here at W/S..a techie, was trying to explain that the search for ZG while it said July 16th..something to the effect that it could have been the "last search" and if she searched for it prior this search would over ride the others. I could have misunderstood but does anyone here on this thread know how that works?

Originally when I heard the 16th I thought well one of the A's was sleuthing out ZG..but our fellow W/S's opinion swayed me on my thoughts. I don't know enought about it to make a diagnosis lol.

Did she know her name was Zenaida?
Again, LE needs to connect this dot. They need to find out how KC knew ZG was there on that day. Otherwise, it's a troubing doubt that the defense can do anything with.

After hearing GA on NG tonight, I see him in a different light. It seems as though he was cooperating with LE in those interviews. For awhile I thought he might be involved in all of this. Now I am convinced he was not. Also, his story about the gas cans does sound true to me now.

If Casey decides to blame the "Nanny" - "Zanny" for kidnapping Caylee she had to have known that LE would ask her the following questions

WHERE DOES SHE LIVE


So casey know has to come up with a name & address

Why did she give them a vacant apt for an address?

I think she used that address at sawgrass because she knew it was Vacant

If she knew it was Vacant she must have been at sawgrass before

Yes, and my question that I wish NG would harp on DAILY...IF you believe one OUNCE of KC's story then RELEASE A SKETCH!! I think that that needs to be brought up more often.

IF they believe someone has her- then lets see a sketch of who the last person to see her was... even if its not the person they believe to have her now (fantasyland) then still let's start w/something... release a sketch! If they believe their daughter then there's NO reason not to RELEASE A SKETCH!! :furious::furious::furious:

Or are they worried about obstruction charges? :waitasec:

I think the A's might be tempted to come out w/some other juicy/ridiculous/easily disprovable story... if people kept asking for THEIR help in finding Caylee-- call them out/write in to NG/release the sketch!! That is comforting to hear from someone w/personal experience. I'm soo sorry that you had to go through that! I'm glad to hear your daughter's doing great!!

That's what I've been hoping regarding LE- they have no incentive to rush to trial and no incentive to release false information. I think we're just seeing the tip of the iceberg.

I agree. If folks think all of this is shock and awe, wait till they see what is very well being held close to the vest.
They have to take thier time and OVER-analize the test results and everything else that will go into this case-make it as strong as possible. If they rush to charges now, JB will ask for a speedy trial which most defence lawyers do to catch prosecutors unprepared for a solid conviction.
Also, with no body being found, IMO while they will no doubt have enough for a conviction, but will have a hard time getting a jury to sentence her to death. There may always be at least one juror that will not want it on thier conscience to send her to death row, but rather send her to prison for the rest of her life.
Time is on thier side to build a strong case and possibly locate this poor child's body.

LE did a sketch and refused to release it.

I believe it was the odor she didn't want him to find. Surely she wouldn't have been stupid enough to drive up to her parents' house with the dead baby in the trunk!

We do not know her psych eval, the real one. It might be a thrill for her.

After all, depending on which story pans out, there may have been a period of time when she was out doing her thing and her daughter was home with the grandparents except that they weren't babysitting and she was buried out back. Very sad....
