I was just watching the Nancy Show on tivo. Man.

Is it me, or did the formal demonification process of Casey Anthony just begin in earnest?

I remember discussion during that time she was on the stand about her inconsistant answers....she very well in the end be charged or at the very least be confronted with those conflicting statments by prosecuters in her daughter's murder trial.

I believe none of us knows how we would react until we're in the same situation. It's very fair to say most of us (ok, all of us) would not behave the same as the A's. But is it reaching too far to say Cindy was honestly confused about the date? Under the circumstances, I don't think so! She's not eating, she's not sleeping she has been going out of her mind with worry for weeks. Also having to face unpleasant truths about her daughter in the weeks before she 'disappeared' with Caylee.

How can any of us face that not only did we just lose our beautiful gbaby, but it happened at the hands of out daughter. It feels to me they just couldn't go there, I for one don't blame them one bit.

At any rate, you asked a very good question! My understanding is that LP, the 'bounty hunter' thought he could give the fifty grand to his nephew, but the licensed bail bondsmen in Florida insisted that the Florida laws be followed, which require that a Licensed Florida Bondsman actually post the bond. I also recall reading that it is illegal for a bondsman to do this for 'free'. So the Florida bondsman may have received the $50,000. I believe that the other $200.00 was paid to Orange County.

Further, (and I did try to research and ask, but never did figure it out, lol), TP's Insurance underwriter, Southern Insurance Underwriters, Inc, CMBA, out of Texas, will take the full hit for the balance of the five hundred thousand dollars if Casey fails to appear in court. That $450,000 would have to be paid to the Orange County Court, I believe.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge of bail and bonds can verify or correct for us. [/QUOTE]

Although I want to believe that the GA's acted in confusion, desperation and shock I can not get out of my head the fact that they smelled the car, washed the clothes and a knife, cleaned the car and somehow everyone who lived in the house all came up with June 9th as being the last day they saw Caylee.

I do not for a second think that any of them forgot the fiasco of Father's Day.

This means they intentionally LIED to LE about the last time they saw Caylee and the only thing they forgot was that the Father's Day video was uploaded to the seized PC. Since they all lied and came up with the exact date, they conspired to use this date because they had something to hide from LE. I suggest that the "what" they are hiding is what happened to Caylee on the night of the 15th.

I agree June 9 is an important date. For some reason they wanted people to believe that's when she went missing. Rack my brain as I will, I can't come up with a good reason for that.

Did a friend of theirs disappear/leave the country, etc., on that day?
Was there a natural disaster on that day?
WHAT was there about June 9 we're missing?

I am truly saddened to hear that the "body farm" has proven there was human decomposition in the trunk of Casey's car.

For the life of me, I cannot understand WHY Casey is being offered "limited immunity"? We will never have the real truth, we will only have what Casey makes up in her mind.
