I think she did great! Go, girl, go!!!

Well that was close! I don't like to see Nancy in the bottom 3 :( I hope this week she gets lots of votes!

I don't get why she was in the bottom three. I don't get why Elisabetta wasn't there. I used to watch So You Think You Can Dance and sometimes it was frustrating because sometimes it was about personality and not ability. But I would think that Nancy has Elisabetta beat when it comes to personality. Maybe E got the sympathy vote since she just split from George Clooney. IDK

This is my first season watching DWTS, so many of the contestants are favorites of mine. And props to Lacey for choreographing the opening of the results show! But I thought that Chelsie Hightower was one of the dancers...

As expected and hoped for, once again NG = EPIC fail.

I was so afraid that the opinions here were right and not those of superfans with rose colored glasses. Color me relieved.

On abc website where you view the video's and each contestant, they have below the picture a facebook LIKE link. Chaz bono had last night 269 likes, all the others were lucky to have 5 or 6 likes. Some had zero!

I checked a few blogs MJSBIGBLOG and Ricky's page and my gosh 80% want and are voting for Bono.

It boggles my mind how someone can become a large fan and vote for someone they haven't even seen them dance. This is a popularity contest and to heck with the dancing. I watched them all dance last night and frankly Bono was in the bottom two for me. Yeah he is a transgenders but so what, this shouldn't automatically place him as the frontrunner but it has.

This is why I generally don't watch the show but rather watch it a day or so later.

Never voted and won't be voting because no way to balance the insanity out.

I like the underdog, the one who generally shows great improvement, can dance, without any dancing background. They deserve to win. /rant

By letting the public vote, it has always been a popularity contest.
It's just the nature of the show, same as American Idol and others.

I agree with you. I was so proud of her and the last part of the routine was sooooooooooo Nancy.

I won't mention something that caught my eye, but I'm sure Nancy knows what it is. Rock on Nancy. You're good at everything you do.

:great:

I think I caught it too but I will try not to be nit-PICKY!

I'm glad that Nancy Grace is safe for another week of competition, but I don't expect her to last than a few weeks, at best. She looked steadier on her feet than some of the other ladies, but I was surprised that she forgot some of the choreography as I thought she'd approach her dances very studiously. Perhaps she was a bit nervous for the first performance and will do better next week. NG rocks! :purplebananna:

I will admit I've never watched this show before. But Carson Kressley was hysterical and I think I like him more then Nancy...if that's possible. :floorlaugh: Damn, who do I vote for? :waitasec: That's why I didn't vote the first night.

:floorlaugh:OMG, when Carson was dancing I laughed so hard I was crying. He was so entertaining and I hope he sticks around for awhile because I love him. BTW, you can vote for more than one person. If there are 11 couples you can vote 11 times. Now if you vote via your land line, cell phone and email account with ABC.Com( free registration) you can vote 33 times. Sometimes I just split my votes between my fav's.

I was surprised that Nancy has made her show ALL ABOUT NANCY and not about all of the missing children and lost soldiers.....My, has Nancy changed.

When do you folks suppose Nancy will get back to her ole self? When she is kicked off Dancing With The Stars?

That's my peeve. I like the Nancy on DWTS and I like the Nancy on HLN. But I don't think the 2 should be mixed. I was very grumpy on Friday when all she talked about was DWTS.

I wouldn't mind if she talked about the show at the end of her program...but come on! I turned it off, but can't imagine how she talked about it for 44 minutes. Egads..

Hi Melanie, I understand what you're saying. I just think of Nancy Grace as a part of us, even here at Websleuths, and for years now since her show took off the ground.

Even if she is not or has never been a member here, her heart is in sync with all of ours. She digs for the truth about 'the missing' so they can be found and Justice served. WS is such a dominant force in solving crime where posters are passionate about finding anyone who has gone missing that I would bet my bottom dollar her staff is all over our site on a regular basis.

God Love her for all the good she has done in fighting crime. Liking her personality or not has nothing to do with it. And hey, if she can dance, I think that's great. I can't see holding that against her ??? I think she is a dedicated detective who can dance. lol All positive IMO.

Woo-hoo! I've been waiting for this show all week. Never watched it before last week. Rock on Nancy. I have to admit I didn't vote last week. Carson really wowed me, Chynna too, and that soccer lady.... Nancy has a tough road ahead of her. I LOVED last week's show. How cute, her sitting behind a desk. What a wonderful transition. Come on Nancy keep it going! :great:

Well, I must admit that I did not know NG had such a nice smile - until she started dancing. :D

I'm rather relieved to know - for the twins - that their mama has this natural and warm smile that makes her hard-as-nails TV-persona go "poof!"

Hopefully, NG will continue to reserve her TV-Nancy-Severely-Pizzed-Persona & face strictly for her CNN show and keep smiling for DWTS & the twins.

Actually looking forward to more quips from her - she's got that sharp wit & so far she's putting her sense of humor to good use on DWTS making fun of herself. :giggle:

If not for the NG Show many stories of missing women and children would fall by the wayside. She has guts to get up there and dance alongside Chyna Phillips. Go Nancy!

I'm rooting for several others as well.

I've already seen tonight's DWTS and don't want to spoil the show for anyone, but let me just say that Nancy Grace did her fans proud with her technically-accurate "Quick Step". :yourock:

LOL I decided to watch and see if she's got a 'quick step' in her. Her partner is a 'lil cutie, eh?

I like her smile too. xox

BOMBSHELL!

http://www.usmagazine.com/moviestvm...as-nip-slip-on-dancing-with-the-stars-2011269

Nancy Grace had a nip slip!

On Monday night's Dancing with the Stars, the 51-year-old HLN host had a major wardrobe malfunction. After ABC quickly cut away to a static shot of the audience, Grace readjusted her dress and buried her face in partner Tristan MacManus' shoulder.

"On the European version that would be perfectly fine," Tom Bergeron joked.

But the judges were able to see past the partial nudity and appreciate Grace's performance. "How refreshing," Len Goodman said. "That was a proper quickstep. Well done!"

NEWS: What did the judges have to say about Rob Kardashian?

"Nancy, vivacious, alive, and confident," Bruno Tonioli gushed. "It was a bit top-heavy at times, my darling. And I got an eyeful! I couldn't miss that. But it really is great to see you taking over the dance floor and performing."

Okay, I know. I'm going straight to the corner for posting this. But it's worth it.

But I DVR'd the show and was just watching it. And ... I thought I saw it ... but they covered it with shots of a still, sleeping audience while the sounds were uproariously applauding. <sounds and audience were NOT matching - lol!> The judges comments were full of innuendo. It was hilarious.

On a positive note, if ever there was a classy professional reaction to a nip-slip, NG OWNS it. Courtroom POKER FACE, or what?!!!

oh my, now I have to watch her show all week to see if she talks about it.
