What about these "secret recordings"??? That CA and GA were grilling KC about what happened to Caylee??

Anyone know anything about this?

I would love to know more about this because I saw Cindy being interviewed on one of the morning shows and she stated that they (GA, CA and Casey) never talked about it while KC was out on bond. I thought that was either a lie or the woman is psycho to not ask and ask and ask (and even kick some azz if needed) to get info out of KC.

If GA did dispose of Caylee (hard to type that) then why would he repeatedly tell LE the car smelled of decomposition? These statements are very incriminating, imo.

Do you think he did it after he made these statements?

Could be to have them believe he was being upfront with them in order to disarm them so they would tell him what they know so far. Also to convince them that he was not involved in any way. Remember he asked them to tell him if they found her so he could prepare his wife (he said it would kill her.) It appears to me that he is lying. He smiles kind of insincerely and shrugs whenever he claims Caylee is alive and that he supports KC. It is so totally incongruous with his LE interviews.

Excuse me if this is a dumb question:

Are the Ants convinced that there is a lack of evidence and it will end in mistrial?

And also, what do you think impatientredhead?

I think the A family sees the condemning evidence as stronger than they admit in public.
Their actions tell us that they are on an ongoing quest to create reasonable doubt that Caylee is deceased. George's facial expressions in his latest interview are the most honest part of the exchange. The smiling and fluttering is off the charts.
He knows Caylee is deceased. He is struggling to try to convince us that the opposite is true.
Cindy was calculating how to defend against a murder charge , on behalf of Casey, before there was even a rumor that the Grand Jury was going to be convened. We have seen this in the latest release of documents.

Therefore, I have concluded that no matter what type of performance is displayed to the public, the Anthony's know, behind closed doors, that the evidence screams "Murder" and it all points to Casey.

The amount of evidence or lack thereof would not be a factor in whether or not the proceedings ended by mistrial, this round. A lack of enough evidence to put on a basic case, with all its elements, would trigger other motions...but not a mistrial.
jmho:)

Almost forgot most important part: there isn't a dumb question.

forgive me if this has been asked already but on the bottom of the screen during the NG show last might it said something to the affect of that CA/GA stating that a big break or revelation was coming out soon in the case

anyone know what thats about, another Caylee "sighting"

There was a thread started on the topic but it came to an end because we really do not know what the latest news will be. They still owe us their last big announcement...do NOT hold breath.:blowkiss:

Just more spin by the A's. There was a thread begun on here last night when it first was announced but was closed by JBean when it became obvious no big news announcement by the A camp was forthcoming anytime soon. Some theorized another doc dump is on the way (bombshells!) as that seems to be the A's MO - deflection. Also, the latest sighting has been declared false by LE (see today's news thread.)

ok thanks
what purpose do they think they are serving by making these bold statements and having nothing to follow up with
I guess I shouldn't be surprised

I agree with your thoughts on George.

The Anthonys not only know that Caylee is dead but they know where she is buried & as far as they are concerned it isn't anybody's business

The Anthony's "mourned" & "Grieved" for Caylee long before Cindy's STAGED 911 call.

Think about this.....

George admits that he was literally right next to the trunk of the Pontiac on June 24th when he said he was retrieving the Tire Wedge from KC's car

It would have been impossible for him "not" to have smelled the decomp

KC was keeping him away from the trunk for a reason & he walks right up to it but doesn't notice the smell?

He's lying.........The entire gas can story is BS

I think there is a possibility that GA found Caylee in at the tow yard and disposed of her...but I don't think Cindy knew about this when the 911 call was placed. I really don't think that call was staged. Why would she make a call like that and involve the police until they had all their stories straight. I really believe that it was the time of the 911 call that it was starting to dawn on CA that the horrible smell could be Caylee. If GA had found a deceased Caylee and had disposed of her or was in the process of disposing of her I think it was unbeknownst to CA at the time of the call.

I didnt peel myself away from NG a single time last night...but she never showed the video clip of the secret recorded convo she teased us with. I was disappointed!

I honestly don't think GA had anything to do with disposing of Caylee. Early on I considered it, but I quickly overturned that theory based on additional info that came out. I really think GA is the most heartbroken in this whole family...because of Caylee, not Casey.

Please help me. On NG last night she said that there was a conversation taped between George and Cindy and Casey while she was in jail asking her questions, can we read that anywhere? I thought I heard NG say they were going to play it, but she didn't. It's driving me crazy. I just wonder what they asked her.

I agree! Looking back at GA in the interviews, he seems very animated and all most enthusiatic in his selling of his version of the story. Well remember, he was a used car salesman! CA switched from being panicked to cover up so fast it's a wonder she didn't get whiplash. I think Caylee's remains are still a secret from KC and CA-I think GA thinks he's protecting them. That's why he's such a torn person. I'm afraid this will be his undoing!

I don't know if GA is involved or not
But It did make me think about that letter that KC wrote when she was initially locked up to specifically speak with GA only
I always wondered what that was all about

LP made this statement on last night NG show. I must really be dense but I just don't get the point he is making about KC being pushed down in the park. Help.

PADILLA: Like nothing had happened, and believe me, she was the belle of the ball in that room where she was. She trotted into the kitchen. She fixed dinner for my nephew. She made brownies. She didn`t have any problem in the world. You`d never have thought that anything had happened in that home except leave it to beaver lifestyle. Everything was perfect, everything was in place.

Now one of the things that has come up here lately was where the FBI, I believe the agent is Scott, is asking George, did she mention to you about Zenaida or Zanny pushing her down in the park? Now, I believe that conversation took place back in July. When Cindy mentioned to me that Zenaida pushed her down in the park and all that was the day after we bailed her daughter out, Casey.

And she says, she just told me, yet her and George, obviously, knew about it way prior to that because the FBI brings it up in his questioning of George, I believe, on July 31st.

Remember the first time KC was in court and they called GA to the stand. KC started to cry (I hope I'm remembering this correctly). I wonder if it was because he did dispose of Caylee's body? All those years she talked bad about him and then he's the one to try and save her. I still think about CA mouthing 'there is no evidence' to KC.

Forgive me if I've remembered some of this incorrectly. I pop in and out to find out the latest and sometimes it's hard to distinguish what's truth and what's heresay or another one of the A's spin stories.

Casey's personality does not allow for her to feel remorse, appreciation, gratitude, or misgivings about herself.

Tears, whether real or not, would be for her own situation, isolated, and not from any wrongdoings toward others or regrets about actions past.

I think the Ants are getting mediocre to bad advice from Baez who is obviously telling them that the forensics can be challenged and are just hocus pocus. I think Casey is the real driving force behind it though and is willing to play the odds going to court. We have seen many others go to court and face the death penalty instead of asking for a plea deal with much tighter cases against them (body located, witnesses, etc...). If I was Casey I would probably take the chance that I could be acquitted rather than agree to a doing 50 years too. I think she would rather be on death row (and even more infamous) than to actually tell them where the body is either because she threw her in a dumpster like a piece of unwanted garbage or because the body will show a broken neck. I strongly believe the dumpster theory myself, especially after seeing that the garbage collection date at Tony's seems to fit the forensics as well.

There is no great benefit to a mistrial, and nothing that is happening now would go towards a mistrial. The prosecution would definitely go to another trial, it isn't like she would just walk because it was a pain in the butt for everyone.

i dont know what they think

but i do know that they do NOT know all the evidence against her...

they have no idea what is coming - and when they do see it

i think that is when they will say "OH _ _ _ _ "

Bless LP...he just isnt a good articulator of information, unfortunately.
I *think* what he was hinting at here is that GA and CA already had a different version of the story at their fingertips before it came out.
Remember, LP posted the bond just a few days after the whole case came to light...when KC was still spouting the initial story about last seeing Caylee at the Apartment complex. It wasn't until AFTER she'd been out on bond for a while that she told R. Dick during a car drive about the whole Blanchard Park scenario...complete with script etc.

Very weird that all these woman went missing in the first week of the month they went missing. Probably nothing, but they are all missing between the 3rd and 8th of the month.

That is interesting -- hadn't noticed it before :waitasec:

I'm not sure what's going on with the other cases, but Kelly's husband has been named a POI and everything points to him being behind the arson at the home and her probable murder...

Tim Miller said that TES will be continuing searches on a smaller scale

So, in my opinion he is doing SOMETHING

Which is a very strange thing to say, and do, considering he claimed on NG last night that Caylee is "unfindable". He's a walking contradiction.
