I said that back a gazillion threads ago, the reason LE backed off the woodchipper and things like that was because AB was still out and about and when the truth came out it would be dangerous for him.

MKlass is not going to sit there and defend AB. He'd have him in jail to squeeze the info out of him.

NG commending LE for the investigation, and what they have and haven't divulged.

NG to John Miller: so many sources saying it is Zahra's bones. JM: sources saying human remains; LE not commenting or speculating. LE has not talked to any of his reporters even 'off the record'.

AW: sources reporting partial remains; not a whole body. Showing video of scene with white evidence flag where bone was found last week.

Caller: wants to know why AB is still out of jail.

MK: he doesn't get it either, but if in fact his story is true and he is only guilty of extreme neglect and not her demise might be the reason. NG calling MK out on that theory, citing what AB did and didn't do, including lying to 911. MK says he is not going to sit here and defend AB. Why is he walking around? He has no idea, he would have him in jail, but this isn't my case.

Pat Brown: believes LE allows AB out of jail to push EB over the edge.

NG can tell you now that EB did not dismember this body, at least not on her own.

EB had HOLDS ON AB! I so agree with this...

the 911 call seemed scripted and it goes along with a lot of 'other things' that we have been discovering in the parking lot members can go there

Psych saying dismemberment is rare after committing filicide, but she is not the parent; believes EB wanted it/did it...
NG: she did not dismember her herself; too much to do on her own

NG asking different guests why AB is still walking around. Guest (Paul) saying person who was at hole could've left evidence there, implicating themselves.

Caller: would it be possible Z died in bed from beatings, then went to woodchipper to dispose of her. NG doesn't believe Z was found dead in bed; believes it was much more sinister and nefarious than that.

Caller: asking about ED looking for Zahra. Could AB have killed Zahra to keep ED from her? NG believes he'd been able to elude her for years, probably wouldn't consider her a threat.

Caller: why hasn't AB been put in jail yet? NG: worth talking about again.

NG: i dont think so, but there have been cases; i dont think AB thought bio-mom was a threat to him>had been eluding her for years

Didn't LE say they had not spoken to EB and or her attorney since the first round of searches on Christie RD? I don't think it's EB spilling, I think it's AB.
