I understood also that the warrant was only valid for whatever evidence the LE were looking for. They do have judges on call, however, to put together a plea for a warrant would involve time to list all the items they want. JMO

Emergency warrants can be quick. There are also circumstances where police can conduct a search without a warrant. For example to preserve imminent destruction of evidence or if there is a threat to life. Not shored up on AZ law but that is how it works generally. JMO

DE hasn't even been arrested yet. His name might be dragged through the mud for no good reason. We shall see.

I don't want to disclose the EXACT location of where BE is, but it's a more rural area just north of the neighborhood where all the media has gathered. He is within 1/4 mile of DE's house.
