Agreed. The person also looks around first at an area that appears to be gravel and then spots the flowers and goes over to them. Doesn’t seem like someone who knows the entryway as well as a close family member.

I'm curious about where those SWAT vehicles are actually headed. Multiple people are reporting sightings and activity around AG and NG's homes, yet the vehicles don't seem to have arrived in that area. Meanwhile, the FBI is going door-to-door in AG's neighborhood, asking residents for permission to search or walk around the back areas of their properties.

Something to think about: The person could have purchased one of those very lifelike rubber faces, and then pt the cap and mask over that. It's possible the person doesn't look like the face at all. But here's another thing: the gun placement is super weird. Who (especially a man) would put a gun directly in front of their crotch? Based on how the gun is facing, the person is right handed. The way the arms don't swing, the hunching of the back, all weird, like they are trying to disguise their body

Imagine if they are off in some other neighborhood, arresting someone, with no media within miles... (Not something I'm saying is happening! Not even my opinion - just a hypothetical! To be very clear...)

Multiple sources involved in the investigation tell TMZ ... the operating theory is that the ransom notes were written by the kidnapper, and those notes provide clues on where the abductor lives. (from article posted above)

The suspect goes up to the nest door camera then goes to grab some lantana off to the side of Nancy's porch. There doesn't appear to be blood spots of Nancy's or broken lantana pieces on her porch yet.
The suspect appears to be messing with the camera.
LE says the front door nest camera disconnects at 1:47 a.m. which is more than likely the time of this nest video.

Maybe it really could be a creepy neighbor that noticed Nancy randomly? Maybe noticed her from all the time she spent at AG’s? Or if she spent any time babysitting their son?

Could’ve put it together that she was Savannah’s mom, could’ve seen her on the Tucson home segment, could’ve targeted her either for the ransom money or just to prey on her because he knew she was vulnerable.

Reasonable explanation for why they’re searching the neighborhood but SIL/AG may not be involved…
