No glove at the house!!
This actually makes sense. If they had sent all prior evidence there; then why not this?

Side note— I don’t see why all the back and forth to AG’s home and neighborhood. There is something that keeps leading them back, which speaks volumes IMO.

No glove in the house. I was under the impression that the glove that was sent to the lab in Florida was the glove from the house.
So was it one of the "several" gloves found by the roadsides?

As for those gloves, they could simply be gloves thrown out by workers......or it came to mind there's a creep, teenager, whomever who is throwing them around for his own sick pleasure to be in the news.

Maybe she tried to scream as she walked out the door, and the perpetrator hit her in the mouth/nose. JMO

Always a possibility for sure, but the Sheriff calling in homicide virtually immediately upon visiting the home implies something was there that was seen and obvious and disturbing, IMO. I can't think of any other reason for such a quick assessment and referral than a significant amount of blood either pooled or scattered/making a trail.

But why release the scene again? What if something develops and it becomes important, now its cleaned? Good grief, keystone cops.
They are not releasing the scene again. The scene has been released and the cops at the house (per the sheriff) are there at the Guthrie's request. If the house, including the pool, has been searched/processed and released back to the family, there's no reason not to allow maintenance on the property to continue as needed.

Wouldn’t it be basically impossible for a house not to contain the DNA of the person who lives there in some way? I think the sheriff is probably referring to blood but maybe didn’t want to get caught in the weeds explaining that there were all kinds of NG’s DNA in the house, hair, skin cells, saliva on cups, glasses, toothbrush etc, but that there was also a more concerning kind, such as blood, when answering the reporter’s very broad question of whether her DNA was in the house.

He's trying to make sure the gun doesn't fall out. The holster is too big for the gun.
moo
I’ve seen it mentioned by someone gun savvy that the holster is made for a revolver, but the gun isn’t a revolver.

Maybe Nancy visited the home frequently, visited with AG neighbors- spent a lot of time with her family.

Is it possible that the same gardeners/ cleaners /maintenance workers or similar worked in both Nancy's and Annie's homes and vehicles or something else are being checked ?

Maybe it is not that they are unable ,but that they don't want to divulge that information to the public.

There was blood inside according to AB's "source".

Sure, that would explain why the house was searched for the first time. However, they’ve been there countless times and even knocked and searched yards of AG’s neighbors. That says more than “she spent a lot of time there”. IMO

They haven't been back to NG house for a couple of days now, the last time they were just picking up mail and stuff.

I bet that's the guy; same facial hair, big butt, eyes, right height. t looks like he's carrying the light colored pants that he has on in the NG images. But I wonder why he's not suited up in this one.
Edit: I see that it's about a week earlier.
I’m not convinced that it is the same person but, if it is, does anyone else think this guy may have a neck tattoo?

Her DNA was recovered in her home but they can't say if it was blood. Why not? I hope and pray she wasn't s*xually assaulted.
There would be many sources of NG's DNA in her home besides possible blood droplets or spatter. DNA can be found on hairbrush, toothbrush, coffee or teacup by her bedside or in dishwasher, dirty clothes in hamper, etc. Your DNA and my DNA are all over our respective homes because we live there.

That makes total sense but why can't he just say it? He said blood was on the porch. I mean we all saw it because of BE but I digress.

IMO just a general comment. Biological evidence can be various bodily fluids, hair, sweat, urine, fat tissue, etc. IMO

Nanos claims he called the FBI the next working day, the Monday after Nancy went missing. He shoots down claims he was reluctant to include the FBI and says for example they quickly let the FBI take the lead on the ransom notes because the FBI is better at that with their technology.

Interesting because that's not what he said at the press conference on 2/3. He said that the FBI actually reached out to him.

Glove sounded too good to be true when reported, IMO.

Also this is a very important snippet:

JMO.
I never thought the glove would be relevant. The outdoors is just one giant trash can of miscellaneous debris. There are probably a hundred gloves lying around the area, surrounded by beer cans and shopping carts and Tim Horton's cups. Or is that just my area?
