I did not really question this, assuming thry are friends. But now, I don’t know what to think.

I don't see anything suspicious at all. If my mother went missing I would be calling every government official possible, including the dog catcher, whether I knew them or not, if I thought they could help me find her.

If I were as famous as SG, I would also drop my name as hard as I could.

FWIW, the guest on NewsNation now, former FBI, IIRC (fellow in lower right on screen right now) shared he thinks NG was already deceased when her body was removed from her house. And if she was alive, now that we're nearly 2 weeks out, the odds are... then he trailed off. Sad.

That said, sadly I agree with both of you.

I thought from the beginning that she was killed and this was a setup to cover but I guess we will see at some point

Was it confirmed (or just rumor) that one of the POIs - the one at the traffic stop - unalived himself? I don't want to start massive chain reaction of posts on here if that's not true, but someone mentioned it above.

Perhaps this home is a rental and everyone living there is involved in the kidnapping and perhaps there is evidence of Nancy having been there or they had to keep her there, hoping they would get their money and all leave. I’m only speculating.

There are now more law enforcement cars going to the scene. A lot of them! Pray for Nancy. I’m so sad.

The idea they could be from out of town and using a rental is not out of question. Especially if they were there ahead of time for stake out. And if they are local then using a rental makes sense too…yes—that part I can see. And they would bring her back thinking house would be unconnected to their activities.
Plus having it very close to NG’s house (site of crime) makes getting to/from a quick trip, less chance of detection, and they can have some oversight of the investigation.
That seems plausible conjecture—more than most…

This location is about 2 miles from Nancy’s home. They would have needed a vehicle if they took her.

I just briefly turned to the STS YouTube channel (assuming the post above saying it is an approved source was correct...).

He said the Medical Examiner was at the traffic stop, not at the house being searched. This is a huge difference. Very important piece of information.

From what it appears on CNN this is still a very nice part..

It was rated a c on the crime map. There was an f area to the east and areas lit up in red (f) south of the Main Street to the south of Nancy’s neighborhood.

I figured le would have posted a suspect vehicle for the public to be aware of like the kohberger case but they didn’t which made me think the perp or perps weren’t too far away. I’m pretty certain the area they’re in is in one of those red areas.
