Yes, right, unless it had happened so early in the evening that they had dried by then. (just my mind working overtime).
But the drops were not in the FBI lantana man video posted.

As I recall, family said, very early on 24 or 48 hours (Savannah's first instagram) (not sure which) lack of meds could be fatal. But they still believe she is alive, 2 weeks later.....go figure. JMO
IMO, LE and SG don't believe that NG is alive but rather I believe the FBI experts in kidnapping and hostage negotiation are having them say that they believe NG is alive. I don't know the rational, but it seems to be a strategic move. Possibly related to SG's communication with the kidnapper since the language in her message today seems very carefully scripted. MOO

IF this is someone obsessed with SG, and they currently have NG - then I hope LE has contacted psychiatrists/psychotherapists and made them aware of this possibility.
How are they conducting their daily lives? They still need food/drink. Maybe they've been buying more than normal, maybe they've mentioned having a friend staying over.
IF this is the scenario the mission was never to hurt NG but rather get close to her and SG - to somehow become a part of their story.

Is it just me or does anyone else think it is strange that elder services was on site...had to have seen the blood on the porch, but didn't call anyone to investigate? Just seems so bizarre to me. Why was this person there? Did someone call because they thought NG was being abused in some way, whether that was physically, mentally or financially? Did NG call them herself?

What bothers me is....they don't just show up there out of the blue sky one day because they felt an elderly person lived there. What brought this person there? Why didn't they notify authorities that there was blood on the front entryway.
I thought this was odd as well. Has anyone nailed down when the card appeared?

IMO falsely claiming they found DNA that wasn't NG's would endanger the future prosecution of the perp.

once they find the perp and charge them, they won't be able to produce perp's DNA from the scene. the defense attorney will say "oh? so that DNA you said you found must have been from someone else. reasonable doubt!" then LE will admit they never found any foreign DNA. Defense attorney: "were you lying then or are you lying now?"

moo
I disagree with this. LE is allowed to, and frequently does, lie to a suspect about what evidence they have. It is a well known interrogation method to elicit a confession, for example.

In the very beginning nanos said nothing was stolen,I believe his 1st press conference?
I recall the same thing from his first presser. JMO

I hadn
I also think they would be visible in the video. Which they are not.

I agree, I think she’s being carefully coached by experts in criminal psychology.

Still, I hate to see Savannah having to beg.

I understand she’s being told what to say and in what tone by people who know what they are doing, and I know nothing about this field, but I still fear that begging the culprit could feed into this ego/power trip he (or they) might be on.

If it’s someone who loves Savannah or someone who hates Savannah, having her come crawling might be the fantasy for whoever did this.

But I will shut up now and concede to the experts.

I hope it brings Nancy home, preferably alive but likely not.

JM speculation.
I didnt get the sense that she was begging, especially in this latest video. I did find the wording used unusual and odd, and yes, it sounded like she was coached. IMO.

Appreciate your knowledge about this. Thank you.

I just listened to Brian Entin's latest YouTube video. I knew the police were working non-stop on this, and kudos to them. But it sounds like there are issues due to retaliation and a lot of people leaving (around 46:00). I really hope that Sergeant Cross doesn't get too much flack for doing this interview. I really hope the FBI can take over the case officially and publicly. (Edited to rephrase.)

Guy came prepared to leave with a body.
Blood shows he left with a body.
Tries to hide motive by sending fake ransom messages to familiar outlets.
Okay, but why? What is your theory for the reason behind his objective to leave with a body? Just curious.

What I've heard from a bunch of senior officers working for Pima County, past and present, I am absolutely gobsmacked! My post is NOT LE bashing it is against Nanos only! Not just one opinion, 2, or 3... I've heard multiple officers eloquently describing the awful working situation there. Anyone that speaks out seems to face retaliation, eg this Sergeant speaking of his 20 something years experience - moved to answering phones due to his Union affiliation and all but 1 Union member voting against Nanos. EGO comes up time and time again... I tell you, he has all but destroyed the department and the lack of manpower (staffing issues) appears to be down to the Sheriff. I said it before... he is Done!
And now you’re seeing why he’s not necessarily a popular figure here IMO. He has been controversial since he started.

I hadn't even noticed the patio floors in the videos, moreso the creepy mask and bumbly way the perp was.

Some might say because she was a journalist and interviewed the main victims in Epstein case. Some might speculate this kidnapping as a warning to any journalist who may do coverage pertaining to Epstein. Some might say the timing of the kidnapping and files released is suspicious.

This is what has always tripped me up. No smear or drag marks is odd

moo
Especially since NG was likely carried and there are no smear marks from whoever is carrying her. Unless NG's blood dropped behind him as he walked forward. JMO

Yes, right, unless it had happened so early in the evening that they had dried by then. (just my mind working overtime).
Now that I think about it I wonder if there WERE smears/more blood but they actually were inadvertently cleaned up for the most part by the crime scene techs collecting samples? Or maybe they were faintly still there but BE just didn’t notice them? Hm.

(Sorry I’m a bit fixated on the blood and trying to make sense of it)

To me this is extremely insightful commentary, sorry if it's been posted before but I've only just watched it.

I buy everything Jay Armes III is selling!

CBS News Texas reporter Amelia Mugavero sits down with international private investigator Jay Armes III to watch surveillance images released by the FBI in an effort to identify a masked figure seen on video. He says the footage could be a major breakthrough.

I think it was left there before L man, but either it was some kind of weird hoax or there was some report about NG possibly being abused. She wouldn't have seen it having gone thru garage to return home, and likely wouldnt have noticed it if she used the front door to get into the Uber. Strange...... jmo

Mystery to me, too. I suppose LE knows. The card said Debra som

I would think that is possible. And I did not know the card was put on the door after the blood stains. I wonder when exactly it was put there. If after, maybe the lady did not notice the stains. I know I'm unobservant sometimes!
