We don't know anything about the inside of NG house, except that her watch was left at the foot of the bed. MOO
Could you please provide a source for the watch being left at the foot of the bed? I haven't seen that reported anywhere.

I’m 60 pages behind. I tried to look before posting, but has this been discussed? Can someone explain to me what this means? I don’t understand how Nancy’s address could possibly be “random noise.”
"Google Trends is designed for understanding trends in large datasets. For topics with low or no searches, a Google Trends chart will often mix in random noise to protect people’s privacy. That means that a Google Trends chart showing a spike for an uncommon topic is not definitive evidence that a search actually happened," a Google spokesperson told Newsweek.

Thank you. So it was JM from Newsmax that stated foot of the bed. Hmmm and yet everyone is blaming TMZ and HL for sharing too many details? I wonder whether the note newsmax was the one TMZ received or one the local stations received and whether they were identical notes?
I still swear it was also in a TMZ video but I checked a few with no luck. This source was new to me, but it's a source!

So Law Enforcement are looking at the following :

1) Neighbours security camera (requested)
2) Ransom notes (TMZ)
3) DNA evidence (house mixed DNA - labs)
4) Walmart Purchases (requested)
5) NG security camera footage (analyzing)
6) Door to door / business enquires (following up leads)
7) Incident Call Centre (40,000 plus leads)

Have I missed anything?

I definitely recall Levin saying it in an interview, and I was very surprised he came out with that detail. I wonder if the interview was quietly taken down. I think it was on TMZ, but can’t find it now.

Thanks for trying. I agree newsmax said it but am not sure TMZ/HL ever did.

I know this much, security companies, locksmiths, are probably flooded with calls from people in the area, wanting to increase the security of their homes.

Probably many other areas too.

How many messages seeking a ransom demand have been sent so far that we know of?

There's that clown from California that was arrested for sending a fake ransom demand.

Then there's the ransom demands that have been sent to TMZ. How many ransom demands did TMZ receive so far?

The way I see it is that we don't know if the ransom demands that TMZ received so far are real or fake.

I believe TMZ received 5 emails. 3 supposedly from the kidnapper and 2 from someone who claims to know who the kidnapper is. The first 2 are the only ones that seemed to even have the tiniest chance of being legitimate

Maybe someone on the fringe of the entertainment/ info industry
Does anybody have any ideas on who this person is? They also wear glasses and maybe have a grievance? against SG?

I'm interested in the bite light/mouth flashlight, the presumed kidnapper in the video, had in his mouth. Are they all that common? I have been looking around out of curiosity and can't seem to find anything like that--not on Amazon or Walmart. Interesting that he chose something like that and not one of those flashlights that fit onto your head.
I'm thinking it was something like this (or smaller), with the key ring removed (speculation)

Someone posted a mouth flashlight in this thread some where

It’s not that “Nancy’s address” is random noise, it’s that Google “peppers” any search result on Google Trends with a tiny amount of randomness, so as to not be as exact as the (valuable for marketing, research etc,) internal, 100% accurate data that Google themselves have for how often something has been searched and from where. The fewer times something has been actually searched for, the more the random peppering has an effect on the results shown, versus something searched millions of times.
I’m probably oversimplifying and might have the details wrong but it’s something along those lines IMHO.

I think there have been three alleged messages claiming to be from the kidnapper themselves, asking for ~$6 million in crypto, then three claiming to be from someone else who knows information, asking for between ~$50K and ~$100K in crypto.

I think HL said it in an interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News but I don’t have a link. JMHO

I'm interested in teasing this out, if possible, with some of my thoughts on this.

Guy knows he is being captured on video, hence he tries to cover the lens before he removes it. But he is recorded on his approach, showing his entire height, frame, gait, eyes, mouth, and outfit, and while he turns around to look for material to cover it, showing his backpack, so the only part he would be attempting to conceal from the camera would be the manner of Nancy's removal, the direction/location of his vehicle, and a side view of his vehicle departing, if he drove past the house. He could have easily covered his license plate. It's possible after the camera removal it was dark in the porch and he didn't notice the blood trail giving direction to the vehicle, and possible shoe prints he left behind.

Did he think removing the camera would remove storage of the video?

If he's already injured Nancy and he's gained access through the back and is not already on video on the front camera, but wants to remove Nancy through the front, why not just open the front door and smash off the camera with an outstretched arm from the doorway, like he appears to have had something to smash the back floodlights?

Why is he wearing his backpack if he is now coming to remove Nancy and will need to lift and carry her extra weight? How did he carry Nancy with his backpack straps on his shoulders? Why not leave it on the path or in the vegetation, to quickly pick up later when the camera has gone? What is in the backpack that he needs to bring it to the house? Surely he knows he could get a sheet or blanket off the bed for instance if he wants to wrap up Nancy. If it's a tarp to conceal Nancy in the vehicle, he could have had it already laid out in the trunk or the back seat. Same if it's a clean pair of shoes for him to change into. It doesn't contain his weapon. I find it really puzzling that he is wearing the backpack and it seems to contain a lot more than a skein of rope, a roll of tape, and zip ties.

I think he is approaching the porch cautiously, taking his time and almost tiptoeing, with his head down and stepping to the side of the camera as if he hasn't yet been inside the house - because if he thinks the camera removal will delete video storage he doesn't need to worry about hiding his face and covering the lens to remove it. It seems to be a level of pre-entry precaution to me, in case someone is awake and watching it in real time. I also think he moves his hands defensively as he first approaches, his left hand to steady his holster and his right hand tensed ready to draw his gun, which he wouldn't need to do if he knows Nancy is already incapacitated inside.

I really want to know why he had a full backpack, unless it was a second bag to fill up anticipating a large haul of valuables. But with the open top appearing to reveal something long and sturdy inside, I'm thinking something like a crow bar.

JMO
Given the perps attempts at concealing themselves and their mode of transport, and their entry/exit, and lack of any known tech belonging to NG being taken,
IMO, I think the backpack may have also contained a disguise for Nancy, like for instance a wig or a hat with hair or glasses attached to it, face mask, etc. I don’t think she was put into a trunk of vehicle. I have always believed that more than one person was there that night so I think she was put into a back seat of a vehicle with the other person back there with her. I think she was disguised before they even left her property in case any cameras picked them up. It’s just another half brained theory I have. I have always believed this was targeted and planned/premeditated. I don’t think she’s in Mexico. I think she’s still in AZ. MOO

What about a change of clothing for the perp himself?
Could he have been bright enough to bring that in case he was seen and a description of his clothing sent out to law enforcement? For example, if he had Nancy incapacitated in the trunk of his car, and he wanted to distance himself in physical appearance, he would simply change his coat for example.

Bringing a backpack makes little sense to begin with but the fact that it appeared full, makes me think it had some form of clothing...or other bulky items.

Snowmobilers use these masks also...
IMO, it doesnt matter who would normally buy or use these masks. A mask , in this instance, is to conceal the perps face. He could be wearing a Halloween witch's mask. Concealment is the point of the mask. Not what a knit mask is generally used for by the general public. JMO
