If LE had better images, IMO, they would release them. I am of the opinion that they want help in identifying the perp and they sure wouldn't broadcast a POOR image if, at this point, they had a better one. On Fox this morning Aynsley interviewed some guy who spoke to someone who feels the shoes (he used the term carbon footprint) are different. The video of the interview isnt up yet. These commentators are all speculating. This man spoke to someone..bla bla..Impressions not fact.

The still of him bending over sure looks like he has an ample butt. I agree there is something off with the gait or posture. Maybe he has some sort of congenital thing or one side is a bit weaker than another? Can't quite put my finger on it. Along the idea of pigeon-toed..but not necessarily that. He tilts a bit, imo. I am not convinced it is two different days. perhaps, earlier then later within a few hours but , i am open to ideas about that.

If he was there once to look over the scene and once to do the dirty deed, what does that tell you? MOO

I don't understand the back and forth about when the images were taken.

So at this point, I'm now confused because within a 12 hour period the public was told that the images were from 2 separate dates and then backtracked?

Is that what happened now?

I don't understand the need to withhold that information. Actually I think it might hinder the investigation because many security cameras record over the existing footage after 30 days or so. I know ours does. So, here we are 2/24 and the public doesn't know if they need to check back to let's say 1/8 or 1/4, something that could have been easily done days ago without loosing that footage. However, now most likely its been rewritten over.

What would be the purpose of holding that information back from the public? I just don't understand. Seems to me come out and say...hey we've captured video that this guy has been at NG's house on X day and then on the night she disappeared. I don't understand how saying that would compromise their investigation.

The public messaging from the SO's office is like a ping pong ball. Back and forth back and forth. Just provide the public clear concise information or don't say anything at all.

There were requests that the neighbourhood checked their cam footage of 11th of januari so maybe this is the data they have of one of the pictures which they are not willing to share with the public?
It's quite clear that the no backpack pic is from a different time because of the dark sky. Maybe someone leaked info to the media but officials deny so that's where the confusion comes from?

The Jennifer Kesse case popped into my head last night while on this thread. Very different, but some similarities in regards to the kidnappings element. I’m sure someone has drawn the comparison/already dug into this!

Part of me thinks it’s time to release additional footage of the person walking, or vehicles of interest, something to keep the public engaged. The other part of me thinks the silence is a good sign. Hopeful today’s the day

Hoping that they do have their suspects, but are watching them. Could be some people from the raids, and maybe the state attorney said that they needed more for a conviction. They have their phones tapped, and are watching them to get more information, or to perhaps see where they have the victim. It also could strictly be that they detained them for what turned out to be immigration purposes. Only time will tell.

Same here in NYC.

I don’t think the men here are homeless, just likely undocumented. You can see about a dozen men every day outside stores like a Home Depot, and there’s some kind of contractor who hires them for jobs.

I have no idea if the contractors know the names, addresses or phone numbers of these workers. I don’t know if they therefore can be contacted if they needed to be questioned, or if it’s just known in their community, by word-of-mouth, where they should congregate to be hired as a day laborer.

Majority are Mexican but not exclusively, lest I sound discriminatory, but that is what I see.

That's not uncommon almost anywhere. We see the same in TN. If this was a planned kidnapping, where they actually reconned the house, I would be surprised if they used any day labor. You can't be as sure they'll do what you say if you don't really know them.

I posted about this last week, questioning if the No-Backpack image was from a different night.
There are various clues in videos and images released.

Nancy is thought to have been taken in the early hours of February 1st, which was a clear night with a very bright full moon. For reference Moonrise was around 4:54 p.m. local time, and moonset was about 6:44 a.m.

In the No-Backpack image:

• The image is cropped and very low resolution (possibly a thumbnail image which may not have metadata showing the time/date that the original image was captured)
• No shadow from moonlight
• Sky looks completely black (if it was a random cloud covering the moon, surely we'd be seeing the clouds illuminated by the bright moonlight)

I grabbed a frame from one of the videos to compare (on the right) note that I cropped and resized it to match the no backpack image shown on the left:

So, I may be alone with this, but I am still upholding the possibility that this image may have been AI generated by FBI (perhaps when LE set up the white tent in the entrance of NG’s house ?) to show the suspect without backpack and gun. It shows the suspect’s physical shape. Even the jacket is nicely straightened out, all the way from collar to waist.
If the FBI created the composite, it would also not be “from the same day”. Until they confirm one way or the other I am open to have my thoughts about it.

Am I correct that KD is the only one still detained? Am I also correct that she has ties back to NG and also to Mexico? There is a lot going on in Mexico now. Perhaps that will help the case.

Unsure about Mexico but any ties to NG has not been confirmed. If this was true, I believe it would be exposed already. Even if LE prevented the media from publishing this information, surely a local would publish it on some platform.

Targeted kidnapping for $$$ or revenge/obsession with NG or SG. Obviously with LE stating that it was evident the inside of the home was a crime scene and they recovered DNA from inside the home, something went on during that 41 minutes.

If it had been a random home burglary, it would have been easy enough for the perp(s) to subdue dear Nancy, take whatever they wanted and left. Their identity was completely obscured by their disguise, and I believe they would have had no reason to take Nancy with them, which changed the entire crime completely. Huge media attention, notoriety, etc. Maybe the offender wanted that? IDK

This is one of the most bizarre cases. I think LE (Sheriff and FBI) know much more, but as this is an ongoing investigation they do not want to jeopardize Nancy by releasing too much that the offender would be in the wind leaving Nancy who knows where. I don't blame them and I wish social media and so called 'Media Experts' would lay off. There is a woman's life at stake here and a grieving family living each day and minute on the edge.

I note Patel says there:

So, “the individual”. Implies the same one person in all those images.

And, “same camera”, and “the morning of her disappearance”. So, same camera, and same date.

I think it’s probable that more than one person was involved or atleast had direct knowledge.

Hard to say how well planned it was until we see the evidence. I have a feeling it might be sloppy but just mainly circumstantial evidence.

This is such a good question. So do we know which night they attempted to cover the camera. Even without a subscription, would Nancy have gotten an alert that motion was detected and been able to check it?? I'm so confused.

I think if Nancy saw that at her door, she would have reported that to LE.

BE (and others) reported that 2 people ( male & female) were at the house.

As well as that there was the RR and driver at Culver’s - the driver I’ve understood to be LD ?

The lady at the house we’ve heard from, she apparently waited at neighbours place while police searched the house, and she’s said ‘my son was spoken to by police’.

Who is her ‘son’ ?
If it’s LD, what happened to the guy that was at the house with ‘Mum’ when it was raided ?
