Is it just me or is this odd wording? "County Attorney Conover trusts her veteran prosecutors to execute the work and lead on the ground, allowing them to focus on substance rather than inserting herself into the scene for optics.”

BBM. JMO.
Sounds like a backhanded slap directed at someone lol

Sure you could do all that but they could have just come to this country this year or last year from who knows where. I can't believe the photo has been all over the place and not one person is like "omg that is __________" Nobody recognizes those eyes?

Yeah that’s true and that very well may be a waste of time but you just never know. Sometimes you create your own luck.

Mechanics use bite lights.
Also another thought - what if someone from AG's neighborhood attempted to open AG's car door at some point and prints were found on the door handle that were later found to match prints at Nancy's home?
LE kept questioning AG's neighbor's and asking them about a phone as well.

Just reported on Ctv, the house is being turned back over to the family. But that could be a decoy.

Earlier when I saw the video I thought the one in the baseball hat and jeans was Nancy's son. I had to do a double take. The family wasn't there talking to people today at all?
Correct. The one in the baseball cap was not her son. He was leading the others around to various spots in the house, on the porch, in the garage, in the backyard etc and telling them about the crime and crime scene.

If that is true does that mean cold case? I thought in trials they liked to keep scenes preserved for jury members to visit?

Yes! Totally agree. Sorry I had to delete my post. I was trying to edit it and repost and half of it got cut off when Wi-Fi got hung up. I screwed it all up, lol

Thank you, at first glance I was wondering myself.

Forgive me as I haven't watched all of the video clips from those people at the house today. Do you think the man in plain clothes could be involved or someone who lead LE to the perp(s) and is giving them a play by play?

I personally believe that whoever is responsible for Nancy's disappearance is from this country and is also from Tucson, or has at least lived there for a a few years' time. JMO.

They don't preserve scenes forever for jurors to visit. It's just not practical. It can take a couple of years or more for a case to go to trial. Some crimes happen at businesses -- you couldn't ask a business to shut down for two or more years. Others happen out in the open, where seasons change, weeds/grass grow, etc. Some happen at the homes or dwellings of innocent people who need to go on with their lives. Sometimes the victim is a renter, and the property owner can't be expected to preserve a scene for years. Usually the scene will be well-documented with measurements, photos, vidoes, written reports, etc.

I couldn't live in that area being eldery if it is unsolved. I couldn't deal with knowing that person is free.

If this is true, I can't imagine the family wanting to be there knowing the horrific things that happened to their mom.

I don't think he has anything new to do with NG being returned. I simply think he's another person who wants to make a statement so his name is in the news. Sorry, but it's disgusting that people want to seem relevant and piggyback off a tragedy, expecially on someone who is his co-host. MOO
I think BECAUSE he is her co-host, it's appropriate for him to commenting on this!

@OldCop Why would prosecutors and Estate Attorneys be inspecting Nancy Guthrie’s House?

  • #39,598
Or because the family wants to have the home cleaned and put back in order after the invasion and all the mess from the crime scene investigation?
I would say likely both imo
