Oh...I am just listening to that now and just had a thought.

Someone obsessed with Savannah and spent time in the house looking for things that belonged to her, especially mementos from her career and items of nostalgia.

That brings me to the dark window car that pulled into garage... I think Savannah may have been inside the car and went into the home to look specifically for such items.

Just thoughts...
Not a bad thought at all. They definitely wanted to keep someone’s identity secret in that car. It also looked like SG’s brother at least was outside in the front and possibly her sister too so then where was she?

Was Savannah there when that car pulled into the garage?

No-one could see inside the cars but one pulled into the garage and the garage door shut behind them... for a reason. So I am speculating that Savannah MAY have been inside the car and went into the house unseen.

Re: who is behind the narrative -

This is a way-out idea that occurred to me when I read the sentence I highlighted above.

SG has appeared in the last two videos without her siblings. In her last video she even stated "find a way to get in touch with me" (loosely paraphrased).

Does LE think that NG's captor is possibly so obsessed with SG that he/she might return to the scene of the crime if he/she thinks SG is in or around the property? Thereby setting a trap of sorts?

Again, this is a wild idea on my part and I do admit I watch too many strange series/movies!

This is what I'm referring to from yesterday's video. It's in the text part of her post on IG

Call 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324) — you can remain anonymous — or find a way to reach out to me.

You can see the anguish in her face, her eyes are so swollen and it appears that the spots on her white top are from tears.

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed>

The victim is who matters the most to me and I follow the evidence wherever or whoever that leads to.

I have never believed that Nancy was attacked elsewhere. I have always believed she was attacked and taken from her home early Sunday morning. Mainly due to her blood on the porch when there wasn't much else to go on.
There is still no direct evidence that she is even deceased.

You asked why I stated I was concerned?

Sheriff Nanos stated that he doesn't eliminate people. He referenced CP and said, what if when processing things from the search warrant they discover Nancy was at his home? He reiterated that was not the case but was just explaining why he doesn't eliminate. Then he came out and said the family was cleared. I was confident in that. Then I learned today they still had AG's car because it is still part of the investigation.
It concerned me for maybe 5 minutes.

Honestly though, <modsnip> a body, wherever or whatever it succumbed to, can be transported by car? For instance from that person's own home. I am not saying that is what happened here though.

I now realize that AG's car and it's data is evidence in the grand scheme of the investigation and will probably remain in possession of PCSD.

And as far as AB goes I have made my opinion known that I didn't agree with her leaking that information to the world. It planted a seed in my mind and many others as well.

But that won't happen until LE have her body and proof of death.

If that doesn't happen and she's never found, how long is it until she can be declared dead in absentia in Arizona?

In some countries it's 7 years. I'm assuming in the US, it varies by state.
This is true as far as wills, etc., but her property still has to be protected. People, including relatives, can not just start helping themselves to any part of her estate. One example that would allow money from her estate to be released in her absence might be a trust for a grandchild who would receive the funds or a portion thereof when they reach a certain age. It would depend on the wording of the trust. So, even if a person has not been declared dead, an attorney may be appointed to handle her estate.

In AZ it is 5 years. 14-1107 - Determination of death and status; rules

How does the huge ransom demand work with the obsessed stalker theory?

Or do you not believe the first ransom note is from the person who took Nancy?

So many things in her latest video seemed different in tone, language, and even her clothing. She was definitely attempting to communicate and it seemed like they advised her to try to be more like her "sunny" self so she's wearing a yellow sweater set. If there is an obsessed fan, I guess he loves Today show Savanna and not the distraught Savanna we've seen in the past few videos.

I don't think your idea is that crazy but I don't know if they would do that? It's an interesting idea and things have felt very performative in this case. Even the media is odd. All of it's as odd as can be so nothing would surprise me but it's giving me major creepy vibes.

Yes sounds like he is thinking NG went to bed, got out of bed for some routine benign reason. And was attacked then?

Yes. He even questioned whether she went to the front door. I don't see that happening but let's just say she got an alert on her phone via the door nest camera app and then got up to go make sure her front door was locked.

Poor Nancy. Whatever happened she must have been terrified. We are creeped out by the Lantana man footage. Can you imagine it being pitched black outside, you have limited mobility, you're in a big house all by yourself and Lantana man is at your front door? Nightmare fuel.

Choosing to target/kidnap a famous person’s relative in and of itself is just so insane to me. But SG seems like such a random, innocuous person to focus on. It makes me think that someone in proximity to Nancy (fellow church goer, worker etc) was told she has a famous and rich daughter and they just seized the opportunity. Why else take N? It makes no sense. Unless Nancy and Savannah being related is just a coincidence for the kidnapper who saw Nancy as a well off vulnerable woman.

I’m not entirely sure. There are a lot of unusual things about this case as Phil Andrews said in his interview with Brian Entin.

But, I think it’s possible that it did start out as a kidnapping just maybe not necessarily for money per se but to get SG to notice them. Something went wrong so they figured they’d try to get some bitcoin out of it?

Or it was in fact original y a kidnapping for ransom and it went wrong but they still wanted to try?

Or it wasn’t ever a kidnapping for ransom but a ransom letter was devised as a red herring? (I think I lean towards this the most)

Or all of the letters were hoaxes and the part about having knowledge of something in the house was a lucky guess?

I mean… 😵‍💫 ask me what my theory is and I’ll just say yes

I know what you mean. But people are…interesting…I guess I’ll say. Many have brought up John Hinckley when talking about this case. If I had been alive at the time I never in a million years would’ve thought someone would shoot the president to try to “impress” a random actress who had no idea who he was. So at this point honestly any motive is on the table for me since there are people out there who don’t think like you and I do.

Snipped by me: This could be the case and it is also possible that the perp may have thought that nobody was even home. Nancy could have startled the perp and vice versa and things took a turn.
In this scenario, after the case went national, they could have come up with the ransom demand for financial gain.

50 years of experience in her own neighborhood dismissed?
When you are in your mid-80's, even if you are considered 'sharp as a tack', there is still some confusion and mental lapses that often come with the territory.

It is a natural sign of aging, that you might get more easily turned around or uncertain, even in your own neighbourhood. Especially with night time driving. Your elderly eyes have trouble with flashes from lights and periphery movements that can make one feel disoriented. My mother could not drive safely at night because of all of the above .

So a separate female and two separate males have not yet had their property (two separate vehicles and a separate smartphone) returned after LE took it for processing.

Things that make you go Hmmm.
Who has their vehicles missing still and who is missing their phone?

Gives creedence to the whole parking ban thing.

Great point. I was going to mention how in the UK I feel like “mid level” female celebs often seem to get stalkers. Holly Willoughby is one celeb with a stalker who springs to mind. She also hosted a morning tv show. Something about seeing these friendly, personable (and attractive) women daily could definitely trigger something in disturbed minds

Here's what we know:

C= Phone (I cannot recall his last name, apologies)
LD= Car
AG= Car
NG= Car

This is what I know. Why would LE have anybody's phone? Don't they just use Cellebrite to copy everything and you get it returned within an hour.? Idk.
