Abigail Aziza, 2, was last been seen outside an apartment complex off of Cedars East Court at around 7:30 p.m tonight. She was last seen wearing a “pinkish-red” dress.

It looks like this is the area from which Abigail went missing. I don't see any pools or ponds nearby. It seems very built-up so you'd hope that someone saw something, even if they didn't realise at the time.
