Found Safe NC - Ahlora Lindiment, 3, abducted, Greensboro, 9 Oct 2019 *Arrest*

Just asked my partner out of context what “I want my ten for my diamond” sounds like as well as “I’ll pull rank if I have to” and she said “oh that’s some gang ****, and she wants ten grand for something!” o_O:eek:
That's what I was afraid of. Message to a gang member, in my opinion- the pulling rank gave that away to me.

If she refers to her daughter as her diamond, I personally would take it to mean she wants full effort put into the search. As someone said on a previous page, “on ten” can be used for 100%/all/very/etc. At least in the middle school crowd (my only basis for knowing). For example, my 13 year old son had an awesome soccer game last week. One of his teammates said, “You were on 10 today!”
And pulling rank. That could mean she will fight for custody after this, or pull rank as the mother and “make” (in her mind) the police take it all seriously.
It could turn out to be something they’re involved in, but the phrase doesn’t definitively link it to gangs.

Gangs are very active in Greensboro. We stopped shopping at Four Season Mall after gangs taking over. This mall was shut down a year or so ago, for several hours due to gangs. Shooting in parking lot.

It would not surprise me.

Could the 10 for my diamond be part of a rap song?

Edited to add... New photos
she has to be more than 24 inches tall. She's standing by a cinder block wall. I counted 5 blocks, they are 8 inches high, so she is at least 40 inch tall.
