That Shaye is a character (in a good way)!
This makes me so happy! Thank you Gregory! See everybody knows everybody and people talk to each other. I always thought this woman is ill and needs some help. The family and community and LE put the pressure on her and I am positive a relative of hers pushed her to drop the child off.Link is from Fox 8 FB page. I hope I've linked it OK.

I can’t believe they went to the lady’s house with their friends to get the child. OMG!!!
I wonder why her own mother isn't a part of the celebration going on? She was the first interviewed about Ahlora's disappearance. Maybe she didn't want to be there, but it's just strange she's not, considering she gave a lot of details about the woman who took her.

While I get some folks are ready to let the uncle off of the hook in this case for not watching the kids- how come the same grace and kindness isn't shown to Dulce's mother? She was a heck of a lot closer to the playground than this uncle was, and her and her little sister got out of the car once they realized that Dulce wasn't in sight as well as her brother. Ahlora's siblings did the work of an adult! Why does the uncle get a free pass while others pile on Dulce's Mom?
Something that stood out to me was the stepmothers compassion towards the abductor, she also feels the woman needs help. She even thanked her for not harming her child. That Shaye is a character (in a good way)!
I think Dulce's mom is so young and young people do not have the same sense of danger that adults do.She probably had been to that park many times and felt comfortable with only being close by.I wonder why her own mother isn't a part of the celebration going on? This is just my opinion of coarse but the bio mom doesn't have custody and AL seems to be mostly raised by stepmom who she just calls mom. From everything I have seen and read stepmom seems to be the most active person in AL's life.
As far as her giving details about the woman/suspect and being first interviewed is because (jmo) after LE showed her the video and told her details, she talked to the news right away, whereas Dad and stepmom followed the advice not to say too much to media yet. Also the night she gave that raw news interview I noticed not a single person was standing with bio mom. She was in that dark parking lot all alone. So i'm sure there is probably custody issues or bad blood that prevented her from joining AL other family members . All this is JMO! Moo moo moo![]()
I think it helped, too. Good on her for getting in front of the camera. Makes you wonder if someone heard her interview and from there, helped by calling in the tip when Ahlora was found? Thanks to her mother, Ahlora's name was out there, her face broadcasted more, and people were on the look out for the woman that she described in her interview before a photo of her was available.I agree, there maybe bad blood....but, the media played the interview of the mom over and over. We spent a lot of time on the 10/diamond statement, kept us interested.
Her interview received a lot of media attention, which I feel help.
