Alfreda Scott Jones, 45, of 1470-B Distinct Circle, was reported missing on Nov. 23 when her twin sister, Olivia Scott, stopped by her home for a visit. Authorities said there were obvious signs of a struggle and a physical assault.

How horrible for her family. She is disabled, has no car and the signs are not good :( My thoughts and prayers are with Alfreda Scott Jones and her family.

The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday that a man charged with the 2009 Memorial Day weekend murder of his girlfriend has been charged with the death of a second woman. Keith Devon Manuel, 32, was already in jail...

Now, Manuel is charged with the November, 2006 murder of 45-year-old Alfreda Scott Jones... Her body was discovered by a survey crew in December 2006 at the Mariner's Point subdivision near the Hoke County line.

Per North Carolina DOC records, Manuel was sentenced to life for the murder of Jessica Morgan, and an additional 15 years for Alfreda's murder:
