Amanda Lucinda Rogers, 14, of 115 N. Turkey Creek Road in Leicester, was last seen at her residence at about 1 a.m. Feb. 16 Amanda is a white female, 5’5”, 85 lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink sweatshirt with “PINK” in black letters; she had on either black leggings or jeans and brown boots
