SEVEN SPRINGS -- The search for 23-year-old Antonio Hernandez Sanches continued at Cliffs of the Neuse State Park on Wednesday.

At this time, no foul play is suspected in his disappearance. Investigators have located fishing equipment belonging to Sanches in an area he regularly visited to fish.

Several agencies and first responders are actively searching on the water in and around the Cliffs of the Neuse State Park, in Seven Springs, Gillie said.

Gillie said the search has expanded to other areas on the Neuse River, and that boats were out there downstream from the Cliffs of the Neuse State Park looking for Sanches last weekend.
