I'm sure LE would already have compared him to #UP51512 a North Carolina UID with a PMI of 3 years that was found in Charlotte NC almost 3 years after Benjamin went missing from Southport NC (a distance of about 200 mi). Very little info on the UID but white/caucasion with a matching weight range and age range just slightly younger.
