Found Deceased NC - Carlton Manning, 83, Washington, Beaufort County, 28 Jan 2019

A Silver Alert has been issued for 83-year-old Carlton Manning. He was was last seen around 2:45 p.m. Monday on Wharton Station Road in Washington wearing a yellow shirt, olive color pants and a green jacket.

Manning is 5' 6" tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He has short gray hair and blue eyes.

Manning could be driving a charcoal grey 2011 Ford Ranger with the North Carolina license plate ACK2658. He has a medically canceled driver's license, but authorities believe he could be driving on US-264 W.

I hope he doesn't hurt himself or anyone else. It's scary to think of his traveling on the highway when he isn't supposed to be driving.
