On Aug 1, 2015, a Hispanic Male body was spotted by fishermen a mile north of where Snow's Cut meets the Cape Fear River in Carolina Beach, NC. The address listed in Namus is 1020 State Park Rd; that address does not appear to exist.

The face is completely recognizable, so if this guy has been reported missing, he should be easy to ID.

It doesn't appear the UID had any tattoos. I looked at your suggestion as well initially, but I think it's a rule-out.

Officials said the body of Martin Altunar Alvarez, of Siler City, was discovered by two fishermen near the boat ramp at the state park on August 1, 2015.

No foul play suspected.
