Winston-Salem, NC -- A Forsyth County judge sentenced a man convicted of slitting his own daughter's throat to no less than 18 years in prison.
Charles Craver pleaded guilty to first-degree attempted murder Thursday.
911 tapes played in court depicted the horror Autumn's siblings witnessed.
Autumn survived the attack, but the prosecuting attorney told the judge she's had to have several surgeries and therapy and because of her injuries she will probably never be able to get a full-time job or a driver's license.
