ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — A 17-year-old boy who was found dead inside a burning home last week died before the fire, according to an autopsy report.

According to North Carolina DOC, Brian Carney and Nathan Jones were each sentenced to 19 years for second degree murder and other charges:
