Chelsea Pettit, 17, was last seen Monday at Outreach Management Services on Summit Crossing Place. Pettit is approximately 5-foot-6 and weighs around 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray shirt and black and white shoes.

I would assume there is evidence that would suggest that. If she was in a mental health clinic, there almost assuredly would be video surveillance and various witnesses.

I was thinking she was there for a doctor appointment but if she was a patient and left the clinic without being released then she would be a runaway.
