*Anthony Ridell James, Jr. (26) arrested & indicted (7/17/17) with felon concealment of a death & 1 count of felony obstruction of justice. $350K secured bond reduced to $200K & reduced (1/25/18) to $30K & reduced (3/6/18) to $3K, released (3/6/18) on bond.
*Rudolfo DeLeon, Jr. (27) arrested & indicted (7/17/17) with felony concealment of a death. $1M bond, reduced (1/25/18) to $40K, released (1/25/18) on bond.
*Jeremy Brian Carpenter (42) arrested (7/18/17) in Minnesota, extradited to NC on 7/23/17. Charged with concealing a death, failure to report a death & 4 counts of felony obstruction of justice. $500K secured bond, reduced (3/6/18) to $75K, released (3/6/18) on bond.
7/21/18 Update: All have hearing on August 6th.

I just realized Benson was impacted by hurricane Florence:

The Town of Benson, about 33 miles south of Raleigh, is the latest North Carolina community to report that its sewage treatment plant discharged untreated waste water into the environment.

Meanwhile, North Carolina authorities said that the number of lagoons holding hog waste that are damaged or at risk of overflowing continues to increase as flood waters rise in sections of the state that saw the most severe results from Hurricane Florence.

Benson authorities said Tuesday in a statement posted on the city website and emailed to the news media that their system disgorged an estimated 300,000 gallons of sewage from two manholes in the Johnston County town of 3,800 people.

Perhaps their court schedule was affected? IDK. May be the reason for no updates.
I pray that the hurricane uncovered some evidence and that Cole will be found soon.
