*Hearing for see below (@ ET) – NC - Christopher “Cole” Thomas (22) (Nov. 25, 2016, Benson; not found) – *Julian Valles, Jr. (34) arrested & indicted (7/17/17) with felony concealment of a death & 3 counts of felony obstruction of justice. $750K secured bond, reduced (1/25/18) to $50K, released (1/25/18) on bond.
Only for *Anthony Ridell James, Jr. (26) arrested & indicted (7/17/17) with felon concealment of a death & 1 count of felony obstruction of justice. $350K secured bond reduced to $200K & reduced (1/25/18) to $30K & reduced (3/6/18) to $3K, released (3/6/18) on bond.
*Rudolfo DeLeon, Jr. (27) arrested & indicted (7/17/17) with felony concealment of a death. $1M bond, reduced (1/25/18) to $40K, released (1/25/18) on bond.
*Jeremy Brian Carpenter (42) arrested (7/18/17) in Minnesota, extradited to NC on 7/23/17. Charged with concealing a death, failure to report a death & 4 counts of felony obstruction of justice. $500K secured bond, reduced (3/6/18) to $75K, released (3/6/18) on bond.
10/7/18 Update: Valles & DeLeon in court for other charges.
7/21/18 Update: All have hearing on August 6th. 8/27/18 Update: Next hearing for all on Oct. 1st.
10/1/18 Update: Next hearing for all on 11/5 for Felony Obstruction of Justice & Felony Conceal/Fail Report Death charges for Valles, James, & Carpenter. For DeLeon Felony Conceal/Fail Report Death charges.
11/5/18 Update: Hearing for all on 12/3. 12/3/18: Hearing for all on 1/7. 1/7/19: next hearing ONLY for Carpenter on 3/4/19.
3/8/19 Update: Valles, James & DeLeon next court hearing on 4/1. Next hearing for Valles, DeLeon & Carpenter is on 5/6. James has a hearing on 6/3. 5/6/19: Hearings for Valles, DeLeon & Carpenter will be on 7/1.
