New information says cell phone records and blood in a vehicle led police to charge Jacquise Candrell Moore with the murder of Cynthia Marie Boza.
Moore, 24, was arrested and charged with Bozas murder on Jan. 28. He is being held without bond in the Cabarrus County Jail on charges of murder and a fugitive warrant.
Court documents say that Moore and Boza were in a dating relationship but he told officers he had not seen her since late November when she was supposed to come and meet him in Winston-Salem. He told officers she never arrived and he hadnt heard from her since then.
Detectives applied BlueStar Forensic, a reagent used to reveal blood stains that have been washed out, to Bozas vehicle to search for blood and it reacted to areas on the passenger door, passenger floor board and trunk, the documents said.
Detectives also received information from AT&T Wireless for Bozas phone number and plotted the phone in the area of her address on Dec. 3 and then at the Poole Place address later that day.
