Order for arrest is processed She was out on $75,000 bond. That's pretty high IMO for someone with just (that I could find) a marijuana charge, a long ago protective order request and some vehicular tickets (note there are a couple NC court records for someone with just "r" as a middle name but couldn't verify) https://www.nccourts.gov/help-topics/court-records/obtaining-court-records

I’m a bit confused. She was last seen on March 10th but wasn’t reported missing until April 20th? Am I understanding that right? I wonder what caused the delay in reporting/anyone noticing her being gone.

Someone had to post that large bond. If it was a family member and they knew there was a warrant out for her arrest (the 12th) they might have been hesitate to report her officially missing, which might have then placed Donna in possible fugitive status with the court (if she doesn't turn up, whomoever gave her the money or committed personal property to pay that bond could forfeit it.) Tough call for a family to make. They had to be concerned at that point she could be in danger as opposed to just out of contact.
