Recovered/Located NC - Dorothy Regan, 38, Durham, 13 March 2016

A Silver Alert was issued for the “missing endangered woman,” Dorothy Ann Regan, who was last seen at 4700 Guardian Drive in Research Triangle Park, which is listed as a Marriott Hotel.

Regan is 38 years old, is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, has long blonde hair and has green eyes.

Regan is believed to be driving a dark blue 2006 Toyota Matrix with NC plate of VRW-5611.

a couple of questions:
1) Why is she listed as endangered?
2) Why was the alert sent from Oxford PD? Is that where she lives? (Oxford is a little ways from Durham)
3) Where does she work?
4) Why was she staying at the Marriott? (Or was she working there? Partying at their lounge? Something else?)

She is suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment per the link above. At 38? I know it can happen any time but . . .
