Michael Bodenheimer was found lying in his front yard dead at approximately 7:43 p.m., local time, in Thomasville on Nov. 18. He was 73. Deputies responded to a home on Jeanette Lane after being alerted to a cardiac arrest, the Davidson County Sheriff's Office said.

Emotionally, very immature and extremely loyal to a commitment, whether it is good or bad.

The area looks to be semi-rural and it was said (source) that the dog owner lived a half a mile west from the victim's home.
There are a number of other properties as well as a trailer park nearby, those dogs absolutely could have hurt others.
