Selma Police are asking for assistance locating a missing 22 year-old man.

Francisco Cruz-Palacios was last seen at an address in the 500 block of Winston Circle around June 16th.

Family members are concerned for his well-being.

I'm not very knowledgeable about the criminal code, but I think these were not very serious charges, and both were from 2017:

Both were for (IMO) drug paraphernalia. Hopefully he changed his behavior since that time. I hope LE can find Francisco soon.
