Goldsboro John Doe is an elderly man who briefly was cared at the Goldsboro Hospital in Goldsboro, North Carolina before he died of asthma on March 5, 1920. He is believed to be from Charlotte, North Carolina. He is now buried at Elmwood Cemetery in Goldsboro. Few details are available in his case.

If he really was around 62 years d that would place his birth year around 1858.

I wonder about the details we don't know like where was he found before going to the hospital. I don't have a newspapers.com subscription and wonder if an article would provide more info.

102 years without being identified. I hope his body can be exhumed to get his DNA and I wonder if Othram might be interested in this case.

Sadly, I wasn't able to find anything in my newspaper subscriptions. I will keep the criteria in my watch list however and post anything I might find.
