Someone on fb under my post suggested Annie Doris Horne missincg since June 3, 2001 in Richmond, Virginia. Person has also submit her for consideration.

I do think lots of facial features are quite similar between the two.

Is anyone able to see if there are any rule outs listed on NamUs?

I don't have access to the online ruleouts but the gap in the teeth seen in both images is very similar.

This is the general area in which her remains were discovered. As I recall, it was during a search for Felicia Dishelle Coleman (missing since November of 2001, and just recently identified via DNA as remains found in December 2001) that this lady's remains were recovered. I'm hopeful given Felicia's recent identification that additional efforts will be put forth in establishing this Doe's identity. I've really been miffed as to why there is a recon showing her with a bandana on her head, as I don't believe there has ever been an indication that one was recovered on or near her remains.

Veyda Maria Sellers? She was recently added to NamUs. She seems to fit the general description of the doe. Veyda has had a C-section. Could that result in surgical clips being left in her body?

Well that took awhile for her to be added :( , she's been on other sites for quite a few years. Distance is only an hour and general info as provided aligns. Another sort of "connection" would be Ft Bragg is a military base (primarily Army) and Goldsboro is the location of Seymour Johnson AFB. It would be interesting to try to get additional info on Ms. Sellars, Army CID is handling her case.

A recon without the bandana was added to her NamUs recently.
