Thank you zecats...this is upsetting...I feel like if the dog would have picked up her scent, wouldn’t the dog have sat or signaled to the officer??? I apologize, I might be rambling right now, I’m a bit shaken. Was hoping to come back to hear good news but instead, I see LE is warning the perp.... MOO

Surely no need to apologize. I bet all and any of us on here are upset by the thoughts of where this case may end. That called compassion.

And I agree. I would think the dog would sit or signal in some way if he/she found something related to the scent being tracked.

It speaks volumes IMO because LE is now speaking to the perp. From following other cases, it seems LE waits to say things like this, until LE is onto something....MOO

Perhaps LE is a bit more forthcoming in this case than the others...perhaps not. I too get the sense that the pursuit of justice to which they refer is more than justice for grabbing her and driving off in a car with her. jm sad o

I agree with this unfortunately. It seems to me if they had found nothing in the car, the words would have been different such as "turn yourself in while there is still time", or "drop Hania off at such and such a place". But instead, it's almost like they don't care if they antagonize the perp.

Not a good sign i'm guessing...

Indeed, I stated that as well, that perhaps they’re not sugar coating and just being real about stats etc.

But this is Very DIrect and Very Accusing And Very strong language...from the FBI if I’m reading correctly.

From what someone stated (I believe it was ClaireNC?) there is no public transportation but there are Grey Hound buses.
I absolutely think the perp is local. MOO
