So then the perp drives the green SUV into a forest-smack in the middle about a mile and a half away, with Hania. Abandons the vehicle and takes Hania with him? He must have called for a ride from an accomplice, they would have been noticed walking along that road by 6:54 AM when 911 was called-it starts getting lighter by that time. Thoughts?

The SUV wasn’t discovered until Thursday. 4 days later. I'm doubting it was there much sooner than that as it wasn’t hidden well. He could have taken Hania anywhere and put the car there days later without her in it. Possibly he had a ride out of there at that point. All Jmo

I've been side-tracked right and left today, but haven't heard of a press conference. What do you mean by people scrambling around? Late for what? You have my curiousity peaked, lol.

I’m really starting to get the feeling that this case is a lot more complex than it initially appeared. The motive to me looks like it might go a lot deeper than abducting Hania.

That's possible, but my leanings are still toward a no-good perp walking around and pouncing on the opportunity when it was in front of him. I think he noticed Hania walk from her mobile home to her aunt's home and lurked around in the woods watching for her to come out. I'm guessing his intentions were to pull her into the woods, but when she started the car, he took advantage of the situation and drove her out of the trailer park rather than take her into the woods.

I think it was as straight forward as a random sexual assault, with the SUV as a "bonus" get-away car for him.

My fingers are crossed that the perp's DNA and fingerprints are in the database and they found evidence in the car to identify him.

Nobody late for anything. Just a lot of people moving around at a hectic pace. Very busy, a lot of activity. Buzz was that it was related to Hania, but that is NOT confirmed.

My gut feeling is the predator probably did not have Hania with him when he dumped the vehicle. Just thinking about statistics and I also don't feel that he is a smart or sophisticated predator. I hope my gut feeling is way off about this poor child. I also could possibly be feeling this way because I'm reading the Jessica Ridgeway case in Colorado and my heart is broken.

Just sick to my stomach at the femicide occurring daily in this country. I mean 3 woman murdered and they are very blasé about it in MO.
Also concerning Hania’s investigation, with any investigation as the investigating Police department, you are going to get misled and receive false tips, part of the investigating process. It is part of the job to sift through clues and investigate all, no matter what. That ticked me off that he spent the first 5 minutes yelling about being given false clues. Just MO.
Women are being murdered and kidnapped and killed everyday. It is shocking to read all these stories of missing, murdered and kidnapped women and young girls.

I am sure somebody knows something. I think there is likely a mom or girlfriend or brother or buddy of this perp who has suspicions.....
