"I need your help": Local pastor's brother goes missing
Ben Fugate, who is pastor of Journey Christian Church in Perry County and recently ran for mayor of Hazard, said Tuesday his older brother James Fugate has not been seen in weeks.
Ben said his 39-year-old brother James has been missing from Asheville, North Carolina since November 29.
He said James was going through rehab there after struggling with drug addiction most of his life.
