Found Safe NC - Jezoar Resper, 39, Asheville, 15 July 2017

Jezoar Demond Resper, 39, was last seen at HIllcrest Apartments on July 15 around 3 p.m.
He is described as 6 feet, 2 inches tall and 220 pounds. He has a Star of David tattoo on his right shoulder and a pierced left ear.

Resper was last seen wearing a blue and gray striped v-neck shirt, dark jeans, blue Nike tennis shoes and a white bandanna on his head.

Officers said Resper has no means of transportation.
