I'm so glad you asked this. Why was it in an upstairs bedroom? Did someone run outside to grab the paver to use as a weapon? Surely there were abundant items available with which to beat this man without involving a landscaping paver?

Who uses a paver to assault people? Cavemen? My goodness.

TM I think will certainly testify.

TM has nothing to lose by testifying, their story doesn't hold water, so all he has his ability to weave a tale that might convince one juror.

Courtney.. errr, one juror is all they need for acquittal..
But, hopefully by now the fBI will have complied with the prosecution request for his personal files and carried out their own thorough investigation as well.. 9 and i sure hope they did an awful lot better than I following 00's of hours reading sheer madness and coming up empty!
Stakes are pretty high.
Sometimes I wonder what Jason would make of it all,,,I hope his soul is happy and contented and I have a feeling he is.

Seems the Nurse Practitioner was from Kernerville Primary Care, not from CVS.

The reporting is really annoying...the tweet yesterday that the nurse practitioner's testimony implied that Molly & Jason were together seeing the nurse when he 'lost his temper for no reason'. This report states that Jason was seeking help for himself when he stated that he recently 'became angry for no reason'. The difference is massive, one shows Jason as an aggressor, the other shows someone who is self aware of their feelings and is seeking help...I don't think the tweets can be relied upon going forward.

Also, I would say that this would be the standard rebuttal for this question, all they need is reasonable doubt...

CVS pharmacy supervisor James Hyatt took the stand next. While the state confirmed with Hyatt that the Tradozone was only prescribed for Molly Corbett, the defense posed the question that it's not uncommon or unknown for family members to share medications.

It certainly opens the door to the crime possibly being pre-planned.

You will hear that Molly Martens Corbett tried to hit him in the head with a paver .he said The state will show that she was successful as bits of Mr Corbetts hair is on the saturated brick

He was struck low to the ground

It was six months since they had visited Molly Jason and Mr Corbetts children in Wallburg and they thought it would be nice to visit

WC returned to Ireland on 28 July flying via New York. In his photos from the trip there are pictures of JC and SC outside the White House (in fact i think this photo was used a lot during the early articles). If you look at SM's current profile picture it looks as if it was taken the same day, SC has the same dress, the same hat and same necklace etc.

What a silly statement to make that they had not seen the grandchildren in 6 months. This can be easily disproved from social media.

In fact, if you look at SM's profile; on one photo she even comments that WC had a great visit and was telling them of all the things he wanted to see on his future visits. How could he do that if they had not seen him???

It was too late to edit my previous post, also if you look MM's photo of 11 May is herself, SM, JC and SC outside the White House - same clothing - so the picture was definitely taken during WC's trip. So debunks the assertion that they wanted to see the children as they had not seen them in 6 months. They had seen them a week or two prior.

Notice in Stephans photograph that the #strand of hair has become a single hair
notice the drama.. 'he was not letting her go..'
Likewise notice the vast differences in that report and the report Logic Lady posted..

Also notice how many reports referred to the massive media presence.
If there is, I see no evidence of it at all.

I am not a dailymail fan at all, but that journalist Catherine knows the case very well and she has written with integrity the whole way through.

It would be useful to know which media have actually sent journalists and which are merely buying block print and passing it off as their own?
Does the Irish Independent have a journalist present or not?

They read like they do not have first hand information.

I think we need to be keeping a close watch on them all.
The FBI link alone should have attracted a more considerable presence from among the highest ranking uS media.

The tweeting and lack of it is almost palpably low- key.
Fox8 journalist told us she had been there since 11 am and omitted the most dramatic aspect of the presentation and launched straight into 'what the pharmacist said'

Seems to be a favorite media source for the defense as well. cannot help but wonder why this may be so.

Interesting that Tom had a response to that particular sentence.
I noticed it too recently.. his tone when he uttered those words had a definite sense of entitlement.. as if he was merely expressing it was the only logical action to be taken under the circumstances. IMO.
Was his 'despair' real because it was the first time he had noticed it himself?
Or were they merely playing to the crowd?
Sharon makes her usual helpful contribution, her contempt is blatant.
These are the details that bring us in..
Its a good picture. I believe it to be accurate as well.

i saw these photos some time ago and dont recall seeing Tom & Sharon in them, only jason and molly and the kids and wayne of course.
