So no latent prints found on bat. I wonder was it cleaned of prints?

somebody must have gone into a dusting flurry or the bat was never used are the only conclusions I can guess at?

All the Americans are doing that. They are being highly selective on what they are reporting. It's actually starting to get incredibly annoying and feels like they are trying to manipulate the public.

Many of us call it Fake News. Luckily we are now mostly aware of the tactics. Please consider when you watch and believe our International news.

No, this is good news for the Prosecution. Consider the story. We called 911 right after he fell..then we were giving CPR or having a nervous breakdown. Tom's prints should be there and they should be strong from his grip. Think about how tightly he would have held that bat. And he admitted to the killing...why wipe the bat?

Because MM prints were on it.

This goes directly to coverup! Great score for Prosecution.

I'm following it on twitter stephan and will pop in and out here where possible.
Thank you. I am probably not the only one who cannot read the video-twitter posts, but I can read the others. Any synopsis or observations are much appreciated.

So no prints on the weapon that TM claims he used. Not even prints from buying it, from the sales person in the shop (if he indeed did buy it prior to visiting), from carrying it into the house. Well well, there is a twist.

much selective and conflicting rportage from 2 US media sources.. both inexperienced, both possibly heavily biased in favour of defence.
Only bombshell is that bat allegedly used by TM was clear of prints.
If accurate, thats a megabiggie.

This was the killers first big mistake. You supposedly didn't want to kill the man...so your first thought is get help, do CPR. Tom's prints should have been all over the bat...he confessed.

But they took time to wipe the bat. Not to erase Tom's prints. They SHOULD be there.

Mollys!

And didn't them claim that Jason got hold of the bat? If so, then his prints should be on it.
