A Silver Alert has been issued for a 40-year-old High Point woman who authorities believe may be headed to southwest Jacksonville, N.C.

Jill Lesley McAdoo, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, was last seen at 1709 Lamb Ave. She was wearing a black shirt and blue jean shorts. She is 5 feet 11, 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

She may be traveling in a tan 1997 Ford Thunderbird with N.C. license plate number FCZ-4276.
