Sentence: 1 year 4 months - 1 year 8 months

I cannot find anything on Jeffrey Keith Parker. One story mentioned that he took a plea deal to testify against Katherine, but no solid information. I can't find any evidence that he did jail time for this. This baby did not get justice.
