I’m confused as to how LE can so confidently say he was last seen at the quarry, but the surveillance video at the quarry doesn’t show any sign of him? It seems like the only person available who could tell them that is the driver, but are they just taking his word for it? Did anyone actually see the missing man at the quarry, or even in the car?

Says he was last seen at 1790 Quarry Road with unknown direction of travel...Who saw him? Was he just hiding somewhere in the park and someone was creeped out and reported it? Where exactly was the car stop? It would be so helpful to have a map of start and to last location seen.

The logical thing to start with is the last place he was seen and work out in circles from there, assuming this was done already. Did he have a phone? If so, what was time and place of the last ping?
